Sub: Buying Logan: Frustrating experience:
I booked Logan 1.4GLX Edge connect on 27th June 2009 with:
AVIS motors pvt. Ltd., Kailsh Heights Phase I,
Safeed Pool, Sakinaka

I was informed by dealer on 2nd July that vehicle has reached storeroom situated outskirts of Mumbai and on paying full amount, vehicle will be delivered.
I paid remaining amount in full on 07/07/2009(Cheque No: 325093 SBI Bandra-East, Mumbai).
Amount got deposited on AVIS motors Pvt. Ltd. Account on 09/07/2009.
On 9th July (Thursday) it was revealed that though vehicle arrived (on 2nd Jul) its invoice is missing. From 9th till today 13th every day I was told same thing that Invoice is lost by Mahindra and until invoice comes nothing can be done(paying of octroi, RTI & Insurance formalities which again are going to take 2/3 days.).
I was told that even Fax from Mahindra(invoice) can work but last 4/5 days mare Fax could not be managed.
I do not know whether it is really flaw from Mahindra or Dealer is buying time for some other reason.
I paid around 6 lakhs with confidence but it is shaken and now unfortunately I am suspecting everything.
Please give me details of all these and help me in re-gaining confidence on Mahindra.
