Dear Sir,
I have purchased Ritz car VDI from Jamkash Veichelaids last year in replacement of Swift LXI & now not satisfied with the performance of my car. The average that was communicated to me at the time of purchase was 21 or 22 , but my car is giving 15-16 . Moreover i have requested many times at jamkash bue they have delayed it till 4th service, now yesterday i have requested for pick & drop service for my 4th service & now they are saying that we have a huge washing load so your car is being droped after service after 1 day, being an very old Maruti customer i cannot expect this kind of service, Kindly look into the matter.
