Ranav mandal presently staying n ranchi bought ritz vxi n nov 2013. It was perfectly fine but 2 weeks back while driving i faced a shocking problem.. My brakes got hard. I bumped a vehicle as well though i was little slow. I observed it s getting hard only when it's n 1st gear or ac is on. This has quite a times if it would hv been once that could hv been my mistake.. Consulted n service centre they could not rectify they said it's fine....

may I please have your attention for I have something to say to you. I have owned a car since 2006. It was maruti 800, my first car, then it was an alto and now I own a maruti Ritz vdi, which i purchased on 2012 for 6.35 lacks, if I might add. And all I use this car for is to go to my work place, which is around 12 km from my home and for occasional visits to my spouse’s and friends home.

I had booked for a MARUTI RITZ (SILKY SILVER Colour) with Indus Motors. Booking no 12659 dt 11/1/2012 in the name of K Sriprasad. Though the status of booking as per company record is " DELIVERED", I have not received the car.Now the dealer is insisting that I take a car of different colour, which I am not willing to. sir i was purchase my car in 2010 but ac of my car is not working properly on that time when i was purchase my car and i amalso going to the service center aproximately 6 to 7 times but my problem is not solved at this time my problem is continous but service center is not setisfied me i think it is a manufacturing defect but service center dont want solve it so plz sir u will take action against that...

Really a bad experience from Maruti. I purchased my car i.e. Maruti Ritz last year but unfortunately the car was damaged by fire. I handover the vehicle to body repair shop of maruti vehicleades at jammu on 14/12/10. the turn around time is going to complete two months but still they are saying parts not available and also not giving any no. from where they got the spares. I also talked to customer care but of no use....
