I have brought a new car for my senior citizen parents (Swift). I was very disappointed to learn that Mitra Agencies in Hyderabad, the dealer for this vehicle has been taking advantage of my old parents.
In the recent past, they bugged and pestered them to drop the car for a FREE service and forcibly done work on it without authorization and forced them to pay for the services. This was for a brand new car and within a month of purchase. I was very furious about this and complained to the dealership, while they did nothing, but offered to give some discounts in the future. Ya! Right! - Discounts on services that are not required or necessary, but forcibly performed.
Now, they seem to having serious problems with a weak suspension, which might be a serious design problem. I am very afraid and concerned about them taking to the dealership, as I pretty much can tell what would happen. The Mitra agencies will do all kinds of repairs, rip them off with unreasonable billing and then the problem would never get addressed or solved, while the dealership goes laughing to the bank. Now I can say that this dealership has no ethics, but the only goal is to maximize billing.
