Subject- Complaint regarding Engine knocking in car
Dear sir,
I want to bring to your notice that I had bought a Maruti Swift Dzire VDI bearing registration number DL 9C Y 4467 from Magic automobiles, mahavir Enclave part-1st New Delhi, on 14th Feb 2010. The said car is having engine knocking sound since the first day, I got the problem checked in many maruti service centre but could’nt get it fixed. I even took my car to the Master Maruti service centre, the General Manager of the showroom checked the car himself and reported the same problem of engine knocking. When I asked him to get it repaired, his response was that the car will be checked by the Maruti company personnel at my residence, but it never happened. Now I have been seeking a solution to the problem since four months. I had registered a complaint about it in Maruti automobiles through the customer care number have yielded no results , my complaint number is [protected]. I request you to take a strict action and get my problem solved as early as possible. I look forward your immediate action.
