Booked swift in March25, 2009 and was promised delivery in max 20days . Today is March 27 and there is no update from the dealer.Everytime i need to call them and ask for updates !!! Is this way you treat customers ? Extremely bad customer service from MARUTI . Am attaching the details below. Expecting something will be done soon !!!
