Basically it is not a complaint, this is a request for considering your offer for surprise gift, which was informed me through a letter as Maruti Swift Car has crossed the 1.5 lakh mark and the making the fastest growing in its segment. For it was communicated to me that "A SURPRISE GIFT AWAITS YOU", during the year 2007 - 08. Whatever it may be the reason that I received your letter 20 days before, possibly postage delay. I received the letter with a number on envelope - SW072573. In this connection, I called on[protected] and spoken with Shri Dhananjay for the same last week. As he has taken my all details and told me that Maruti will respond to me through e-mail. Till today, I have not received any response from Maruti.
Though, I can understand that it is really delayed but as far as I am as a customer concerned delay is not at my part. I also understand that the scheme for which communication was made to me must have closed.
Inspite of above, I request your good self to consider my request and send me "A SURPRISE GIFT" comparable to the scheme.
Apart from above, I want to apprise you that this is my third Maruti vehicle and further I am planning to purchase highest mode of SX4. There is already five Maruti vehicle running within my own family.
In the light of above facts, I once again request to consider and send my "SURPRISE GIFT".
As I am entitled for the offer and I am really willing to get it through any means.

MARUTI SWIFT ZXI — no response
sirwe purchaged a maruthi shift zxi on march 2007 at maruthi show room .kurnool,ANDRA PRADESH.after that i received a gift cupon by post from your company on october 2007.cupon no:188230..and i communicated to you by phone on october2007, phone no:[protected], they said we will send gift. and noted my addrass.but till the date we didnt receive any gift from you.
