[Resolved]  maruti sx4 — pdi not done properly

I bought a new SX4 in the month of 7May 2009 from Kataria automobiles dariyapur Ahmedabad.Car registration no GJ-1-HS 6895 .When we were driving the new car we observed that the breaks were very light so we told our maruti sales executive.He got it checked by 2 individuals & they said there is no problem they are power brakes, we were not convinced but we agreed.We were not in town for 10 days, then on 8th of june we sent it for the first service & late in the afternoon by 4:00 pm the service eng says the break assembly is not working and the Kataria Ahmedabad doesnot have it.please let me know how such a thing has happened with maruti, in a brand new car from day 1 the break boosters are not working is very disappointing.please look into the matter.

maruti sx4 — The repair work not done properly by the dealer in pune

Hi.

I Have given my car for repairs following and acident. the car is a Commercial Vehicle MH12 EF4488. the car is the garage for alomost 10 days. The work was not done to my satisfaction .I left the car 3 times at your service staion .
I received a call from the dealer stataing the car was ready on 9 April 2010, so went to take teh delivery before that I took the trial and the car was having the same issue which it had earlier.

Spoke to the service advsied Ganesh and he was not ready to understand the problem and made a bill of Rs 6500. I had also spoke to the Bridesh the manager for the service center and there was no reply from them.

Due to the car in the servie staion I am loosing my business. Please contact me on [protected].
