Dear, Pratik shah I to have the same shuttering noice in my SX4, at first & second gear.Still the dealer is not responding me.

I own SX4-VXi for the last 3 months. I feel a bit of noise when shifting gear from 1 to 2. Besides the noise, the more irritating thing is that gear shifting becomes vey harder from 1 to 2 and also from 2 to 3 particularly. I feel only shifting from 4 to 5 seems smoother. I reported this issue during the 1st service, but service advisor said that everything was normal. I thought this issue will go away (?) once used the car for few more weeks or so. But it seems gear shifting gets harder and harder every day. (I need to raise it to Maruti service center soon).
I would expect this could be a design or manufacturing defect which will fall under the WARRANTY (?). Did any one get any answers from maruti representatives? If so, can you please share that here?

A maruti SX 4 ZXI (Bharat Stage III) car puchased from Vipul Motors Pvt. Ltd. Sector - 18, Noida in December 2008 having chasis no. 141585. The car is in the name o[censored]Flex limited, Noida. The car has problem with its reverse gear, which does not get engaged. The problem was shown to Vipul Motors, Noida but they have been unable to resolve the problem. Kindly let us know how to get our problem resolved.
I purchased sx4 in 2008 from Modern Automobile chandigarh. Now suddenly one of my friend saw that my driver side door was repaired and I shown this door to another dealer He is also agree but He didnot give me proper reply. Now please guide me regarding this
