Max Life Insurance — Max Life Still not send My Redeem cheque

I withdraw my policy #[protected]Amount : 37024.37) in Dec-2012. but still I am not got my redeem amount cheque. I talk with customer care
many times for same but no proper response. I called many time to Max Life Insurance company agent but they also not properly
response my phone call. I also want me a two month interest on my current redeem amount (1000rs). Please help me get my money it is urgent.
