[Resolved]  MCD Complaint — Unauthorised Construction

Dear Sir,

SUB : VERY BIG RAMPS IN PREM NAGAR UTTAM NAGAR

Dear Sirs,

This is to bring to your kind notice that in Prem Nagar, M Block, Uttam Nagar, all house owners have made Ramps and stairs on ground floor in a very big area, which completly cover a lot of road. Due to this there is a very little space for walking and driving on the Roads of Prem Nagar, Dayal Sar, M Block Prem Nagar.

The ramps made by this area people are so that that they are using them as their car parking space. Due to this roads are become very small and there is no space for passer by vehicles.

MCD officials are requested to take stringent action against these house owners, and also requested to levy heavy pently on these house owners who make ramps of big size. kindly demolish these unwanted and very big ramps of M BLOCK PREM NAGAR, UTTAM NAGAR, DAYAL SAR ROAD, ARYA SAMAJ ROAD.

Please do something immediatly otherwise the people/passer by have no space to walk and vehicles are also not able to reach at main road.

I am the owner of H.No.2383 ward no 10 (1st floor), gali, kucha meer hashim, bazaar chitli qabar, turkman gate.Delhi 110006.my house is about 80 years old.
The new owner of ground floor, Mrs ABIDA BEGUM w/o MR.IMTIYAZ MIRZA, making an illegal structure at the ground floor.
it may be very dangerous.

Please have a look at Street no 3 in Krishna Nagar and the width of the road and the no of feet encroached. it is abnormally narrow. and also the parks how it is encroached and the boundaries of the park how it is encroached.

My Name is Harjeet Seehra R/A:- A6/324 a Paschim Vihar New Delhi 63.

I am living in Janta Flats where the Limit of floors given by the Govt is only 3 (i.e. A, B & C), despite of this people nearby my place & even in the building I reside people made Unautherised more floors, which is the threat to the local life there as the walls of the building is very week. On top of this the people living there does not give attention to the falling water from there water tanks which also making the place hell to live. People does not even care that they are waisting the presious resource (Water) intantionally. I would request you please take a nesassary action against both of these Issues as soon as possible before some mishapp occur or before any building collaps in that area.

iam living here for the last ten years and living life here is very miserable due to the street hawkers surrounding my house. like bhatora walas, fruit vendors, tailors, lassi wala, and burger wala etc.
Due to this there is very much indecent crowd visiting these hawkers and because of them we cannot park oue vehicles in our house and cannot move properly to the road . and due to this type of plite there is very much garbage and muddy water as they are washinf their utensils here only .
and these are spreading diseases and inviting mosqitoes and flies here.
i on behalf of all residents living here wish the concerened authorities must have a look at this miserable situation we people are facing here and take immediate action as soon as possible. contactme whwn u are taking action so that i may help u better...

state goverment — construction of the subway

I am a resident of Zamin Pallavaram. The work on construction of the subway replacing the level crossing between pallavaram and chrompet have been abruptly stopped. I don't know the possible reason for the same. The monsoon time is causing a greater difficulty in commuting.

Will the authorities look into this?

DEAR SIR/MADAM, THE GUARD AT MCD PARKING AREA AT NETAJI SUBHASH PLACE OPPOSITE BIKANERWALA IS THE DIRTIEST DOG IN WHOLE WORLD. HE KEEPS ON SPITTING ON ROADS SEEING SIMPLE-LIVING PEOPLE WHO COME TO PARK THEIR VEHICLE THERE. HE USES ABUSES LIKE CHUTIYA, BAHANCHOD ETC. ETC. IN EACH AND EVERY SENTENCE HE SPEAKS. I would like to inform you that illegal extension of boundary wall covered on main Road, illegal constructers flat No. Ground Floor Flat No. 220 A, Pocket - F, GTB Enclave (Opp. GTB Hospital- near Greenfield public school) are extended their boundarywall up to 6 Ft. side of the flat. The occupied Road turn to inside of all flats, four wheelers cannot turn to the Road to the area.

You are requested to take the immediate action against the occupier and remove the illegal wall as early as possible.

I'm a resident of faridabad, and commute daily to Noida. There is a highway which begins from KALINDI KUNJ, RUN PARALLEL to MATHURA ROAD, and BYPASSES FARIDABAD city.

The ENTIRE ROAD IS COMPLETELY BROKEN, and thus CAUSES TRAFFIC JAM on the road.
This in effect CAUSES WASTAGE OF GALLONS OF NATION'S VALUABLE PETROL RESERVES every day.
I want to bring this to the notice of MCD and wish MCD will take up responsibility of contructing the part of the highway which lie under MCD's control.

My name is Sanjay Kumar. I am residing at Govind Puri Extension, Street No. 9 Kalkaji, new Delhi-19.

3 months back street no. 8 road construction started. They just broken the road in one week. But till now there are no visit and any progressive work for raod.

Road is not in condition even to walk. I do not know where to give the complaints.

It is brought to your notice that there is a plot measure 3310 sq. feet situated H.no. 10 A street no. 2 east guruangad nagar Delhi-92.An unauthorised costruction is being made by the owner on 5th floor, which is not permissible as per extant rules.
Kindly get it stopped immediatly lest it should be dangerous for public.

MCD — for non constructing the backstreet

A part of back street of B block Sita Puri harijan basti near Dabri Police Station has become a nullah. All the streets have been constructed except this street. Inspite of several complaints there is no action. The poor residents who have their main entrance in back street are the worst victim. This portion has damage sewage system which has overflowing. Many harmful bactria, moskitos are breeding there. whenever a complaint is made it forwared to mcd inspector who replies that they can only clear dry garbage. MLA and Councillers are keeping on saying that within on or two months it will be constructed but 18 months have been passed
