[Resolved]  MCD Complaint — Unauthorised Construction

This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of Janakpuri area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on the main road in Janak puri A5B/5c BLOCK in front of corner of HDFC BANK The owner has covered appx. 6ft x 40ft area on the road. . which is the threat to the local life there as the walls of the building is very week. On top of this the people living there does not give attention to the falling water from there water tanks which also making the place hell to live.There is unauthorised construction in almost whole block but abovesaid is latest.We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.For safety reasons I am not disclosing my identity to you. I have already send a complaint 2-3 days beforeon this registration form. But no action have been taken till today.It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

main Jahangir Puri ke B-Block area main rehti hu. jaha par B-1400 or B-1500 gali main Gurdwar ka nirmam pure illegal tarike se kiya ja raha hai... kirpya kar ke jaldi hi koi karwahi ki jaye kyu ki ek baar agar Gurdwara bann gaya to us ko girana bada hi muskil hoga...

Wese bhi jahangir puri main sarkari park main logo ne bhagwan ke nam par mandir bannaye hue hai... gurdware ke galat nirman se gali choti ho jaye gi or bike neekalna bhi muskil ho jayega...

You are requested to woke up MCD so that they can remove this unauthorized construction.) its demolishing will be impossible for MCD. Kindly take action as soon as possible.

The complaint numbers which were getting by me are 551 of Register No., 7671 of Application no. written to Deputy Commisioner of M.C.D and 4492 of Head complaint No..
But till time no action taken .

In the month of November or so, I filed a complained against sir chaturam dharam shala to you, for an illegal construction of latrine (washroom) at the backside of charamsala. I came to know that you have taken proper action against them. The contraction was stop by them. And now after 2 month, once again they started constructing of the same room/latrine at same place roof will be placed tomorrow .
Can you explane, how could Chaturam Dharam Sala got permission from MCD to construct 4th floor, though it is illegal, is there any rule for constrating of 4th floor in delhi, if not how can they allowed for construction of 4th floor, as well as( washroom/latrine which was stopped ) on address B4 Sir Chaturam dharam sala near B4 matro station new delhi 110035. I want you to kindly take proper and immediate action against them to stop the construction.

This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of Pratap Nagar, near Gulabi Bagh, Delhi - 110007 and wish to inform you that the owner of House # 293, Pratap Nagar, Gali # 19 has illegally covered appx. 6ft x 40ft area which really causes problems for everyone living nearby since the passage has narrowed down. The nearby quarters addressed House # 280, gali # 19, Pratap Nagar, Delhi - 110007 had covered the illegal area on the first floor which again causes a lot of problem for everyone. All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the road and its getting conjugated day on day.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to take an action against the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. This illegal constructed area for both of these quarters is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

Sir, I am resident of K-5/13, Model Town-3, Delhi, I want to inform that just behind our house there is an unauthorised construction going on by the Goyal Family of K-31/17 Model Town-3, Delhi . They are extending there balcony illegally which threatens to our house security. This extended balcony is very close to our house. Inspite of our objection, Goyal family threatens to us and says that we don't fear MCD and Police. They say to make complaint to anybody. As we are a law-abiding person kindly look into the matter immediately before the construction is completed. They have also put up one gate and encroached the street behind us by parking cars etc. as it is very difficult to go in the street.

Immediate action is requested please.

श्री मान जी,

निवेदन इस प्रकार हैं कि मेरा नाम इंदरजीत हैं व् मैं G -36 शाम नगर नई दिल्ली -110018, वाइन शॉप के पास का निवासी हूँ ! श्री मान जी उपरोक्त लिखित G -36 शाम नगर नई दिल्ली -110018 जिसके आधे मालिक मेरे भाई "तरसेम लाल" हैं आधा मालिक मैं हूँ ! हमने अपने आपसी मत से एक DEED से इस मकान का मालिकाना हक़ आपस में बाटा था व् जिस समय इस प्रॉपर्टी का हिस्सा हो रहा था तो मेरे भाई तरसेम लाल ने यह वादा किया था कि जब कभी वे अपने आधे हिस्से में कोई भी निर्माण कार्य शुरू करेंगे तो उससे हमारे हिस्से में होने वाले नुक्सान कि भरपाई वह खुद करेंगे !
श्री मान जी अगस्त 2015 से उपरोक्त लिखित प्रॉपर्टी के आधे हिस्से (जो कि मेरे भाई तरसेम लाल के नाम हैं ) में निर्माण कार्य चल रहा हैं व् तभी से इस निर्माण कार्य के कारण हमारे हिस्से वाले मककन में काफी नुक्सान हो चूका हैं ! इस नर्माण कार्य के कारण हमारे हिस्से वाले मकान का लेंटर अपनी जगह से काफी निचे आ चूका हैं व् इस मकान की स्पोर्टिंग वाल भी तोड़ दी गयी हैं, जिस कारण हमारे हिस्से वाले मकान की हालात बिलकुल मलवे जैसी हो गयी हैं व् इसके कारण जान माल की हानि का डर बना हुआ हैं !

श्री मान जी जब मेने अपने भाई तरसेम लाल को इस नुक्सान की भरपाई करने के लिए कहा तो उन्होंने साफ़ मन कर दिया व् मुझे जान से मारने की धमकी दी !

अंतत: आपसे निवेदन हैं कि आप इस निर्माण कार्य को रोके व् हमारी सहायता करे !
