Guys, whom are you complaining to. These are the ones who get a share of extra money piad by you.

MCD — unauthorized Scooter shops at resident place

Sir,
I am a resident of Bhim Nagar, Gurgaon. Due to Scooter and bike workshops, it is getting hard to live at this place. Though there is a separate Scooter market but people are opening their shops at resident places for which they do not have permission. People can not cross the road because they block the whole road for thier workships.
People are opening hotels without any permission.

Please look into this matter. (You can visit the place: back side of Bhim nagar scooter market)

Metro spare parts (at resident place)

THE GREAT INDIAN MALL — UNAUTHORISED PARKING FEES

DEAR SIR,
THROUGH THIS I BROUGHT YOUR KIND ATTENTION THAT THE GREAT INDIAN MALL IN RAMGHAT ROAD, ADA COLONY HAD TAKEN AN UNAUTHROISED PARKING TAX WITHOUT FACILITE THE PARKING AREA IN HIS COMPOUND. THE VEHICLE PARK IN THE ROAD SIDE AND IT IS BELONG TO NAGAR NIGAM AND THE AUTHORISED PERSON IS NAGAR NIGMA NOT THE MALL IT IS ILLIGAL AND LAW BREAK. HOW CAN A MALL HAS TAKE THE PARKING TAX WIHOUT PROVIDING A PARKING FACILITIES.

I AM HAVING MY OWN OFFICE IN SHAHPUR JAT(Nr. HAUZ KHAS). THERE ON THE SIDE OF PANCHSHEEL PARK COMMERCIAL COMPLEX THERE IS NO MCD AUTHORIZED CAR PARKING, BUT SOME PEOPLE (Named- GIRDHARI LAL/DEEPAK/RAHUL) ARE TAKING MONTHLY CHARGE ON BEHALF OF CAR PARKING (SOME POLICE PERSONS ARE ALSO INVOLVED). IF YOU DENY TO PAY THEY MISBEHAVED & FIGHT WITH YOU.
I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter

Attendent charge 30 rs for 11 hours parking
On slip its written 10rs for 10 hour after that 20rs
But he charge 10 plus 20 that is 30rs ( 10+ 20 = 30 )
When i refuse to pay he threat me and not allow me to park my vechile.
Plz help

Parking rates are to high in delhi special at railway station
I park my vechile at nizamuddin railways station for 11 hours and they charge 30 rs ( 10 + 20 = 30 ) 10 Rs in starting and 20 when i take my vechile . When i refuse to pay this much charge the thrent me and diamage my vecihle and stop me from parking . Please help

YES IN ALL MCD PARKING THIS THING IS GOING ON . THE MCD CHARGES IN OLD DELHI GANDHI GROUND MCD PARKING
RIGHT BEHIND DELHI POLICE STATION ARE CHARGING RS.500.00 FOR DAY PARKING AND RS.800.00 FOR DAY AND NIGHT CHARGES
WHICH IS ACTUALLY RS.400.00 FOR DAY PARKING AND RS.600.00 FOR DAY AND NIGHT PARKING .EVEN PEOPLE WHO PARK
THEIR CARS NEAR THE GATE THEY CHARGE RS.1200.00 FROM THEM .

This complaint is regarding the MCD authorised parking attendants at STAR CITY MALL Mayur Vihar Extension.
At the entry of the mall there is a clear notice on the Board that no one will pay Parking Fees till next order of DDA. But still some people put the board of MCD Parking and collecting Rs.10/- per vehicle forcefully and not even Guard or any authority of the mall is not taking any action.

The person behind the saket mall in front of Triangle one whose name is Tiwari bullies end users to pay upto Rs 40 for the parking which has a slip of Rs 10 printed.

How come MCD officials has put a blind eye on this parking mafia

This complaint in regarding the MCD Parking, Church Mission Road, Fateh Puri Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006.
Since last month, i.e. Oct. 2014, Monthly Car Parking Charges for Day/Night Category was Rs.700/- p.m. and for Only Day Category, it was Rs. 600/- p.m. But, from November 1, 2014 they have put on the big flex boards stating that charges for Day/Night Category would be Rs.2500/- p.m and for Day Category, Rs. 1500/- p.m.
How come charges get so high to as much as 300%. We are a group of local shopkeepers, residents and daily commuters, who are not willing to pay this much amount. Kindly help with this, and advise how can such hike get reverted.

I agree, parking near commercial centers with office complex should be nominal. As people will daily go to their work place and paying exorbitant rates is not viable for daily users.

I am staying in D.D.A. Flats Madangir, opp. Pushp Vihar, New Delhi -110062 Earlier we are using our lane corridor for parking. After making BRT corridor we do not have a space of parking. From last two years we are using service lane of pushp vihar of parking. But now from last one month some Anand contractor hangs a board on the site (sark Authorised paring) and charging for 2000 per month person to person. First, if this is service lane how can MCD open tender for service lane and if happened then why he is charging commercial rate on residential.
Please help me out.
I appreciate if you give me positive and soon reply and let me know is that authorized parking if no, then what action we can take or yes so please control on charges.

Recently parking has introduced at Star City Mall and DLF Galleria Mall at Mayurvihar Phase 1 Extn.The parking contractor is charging as follows.
Car 22/- entry, full day 44/-
Two Wheeler 11/-enytry, full day 22/-
As this location is surrounded by 11 Wine&Beer shops, we are witnessing routine shuffling between the customers and parking fellows on the parking fees, request MCD/Delhi Police to look into this.

Parking at GTB Hospital seemapuri Delhi overcharge all person's, rate for parking is Rs 5 upto 8 hours they charge Rs 10 from all person, when I ask the staff about this they said the receipt for cycle parkin we have not scooter parking receipt the parking rate for here is 10 if you want to park there you have to pay Rs 10, so plz see this matter

This complain is regarding illegal parking charges being collected by lot of pvt hospitals and malls. I remember reading an article from the South Delhi Municipal Corporation which issued a public notice stating that parking fee should not be collected in the premises of commercial complexes, malls and private hospitals.

The notice mentioned that the place earmarked for parking in commercial complexes, malls and private hospitals is free from floor area ratio (FAR) and no fee can be charged from the public. "Under the provisions of Master Plan 2021 and plans sanctioned by the corporation, the area reserved for parking cannot be put to commercial use. The fee collection violates the corporation's rules, " said a South Corporation official.

But to my surprise a very famous hospital like molchand is illegally charging parking fee of Rs 30 for every entry from customers by issuing a manual slip to avoid legal action. attached is one slip for ref.

Request you to take an immediate action, since they are cheating govt as well as consumers and milking huge black money.

I m living in bg-6, blok paschim vihar new delhi 110063, there is a ( FLAT NO - bg-6, 158-A ) is doinf illegal construction and it is making noise and creating dust in roads please sir do somthning

We have copmplained many time to our Nigam Parsad (Usha Gupta), the whole street of D-Block, Behind Gandi Market is fill from siver water. Please do needfull action.

Parking rates in bhikaji cama place new delhi revised from Rs1000 to Rs 2000 monthly.
How come they double the amount within in one day. If some body have knowledge about it. Kindly Advise.

Dear Sir,
Recently i have joined a new organisation in community center zamrrudpur, kailash colony extension. Are the the parking attendant asked me to pay Rs 300 for monthly parking, when I have the charges and contractors details he started arguing with me and finish language. Even the parking area is not sufficient, we have to park on footpath.

Kindly provide me the rate list and kindly check with them about the way they attend to people.

This complaint is regarding the MCD parking in Nehru place area. In Nehru place every MCD parking who is managed by private vendors charging illegal money. They are charging Rs 10 per hour for bike. So if any person doing job in Nehru place area then who need to pay Rs 100 daily for bike in 10 hours. Parking incharge taking money without any bill. If they are charging Rs 50 for 5 hours or Rs 100 for 10 hours then why not providing bill receipt. Parking incharge saying that new rate means Rs 10 per hour decided by MCD. So my question is how MCD decided this rate for parking while parking incharge not providing any payment receipt and how government will decide parking incharge income tax if they are not providing any payment receipt while charging Rs 10 per hour for bike. So does any audit authority working in MCD to check this scenario? If any audit authority available they why not making one sting operation to check parking illegal practice.
