Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Mahendru Enclave, Block C-161A, First Floor, Delhi-110009. I want to complain about unauthorised digging work done by some over-enthusiast residents welfare association personnel at the gate of Mahendru Enclave towards the ring road side, near Dr. Buta's Dental Clinic. It appears that they are putting in some unauthorised gates on the passage thereby curbing the free movement of people and vehicles. But I regret to inform you that they have left the work unfinished leaving behind two pits of around 4 feet depth for the last 15 days. In this rainy season as and when the rain comes these pits are filled with water and the water logging on the road. Lot many children have fallen into these pits, since they cannot see the pit, I request you to take suitable action to fill the pits and stop this nuisance o[censored]nauthorised impediments on the public road.
Further I may also request you to take up the matter of closing the colony gates in the day time, which is creating traffic jams on a single road, with the association bearers since they are not listening to the proper advice in this regard.

Now a days in summer due to this Garbage there are big problem of Smell and many problems occurring because of this. But in this area nobody is working for the green and clean Delhi. Many Health problems are occurring and side by side very less water supply so peoples are living in very dirty atmosphere. Just in left side of Kallu ka dhaba of 26 block west Patel Nagar here is Big storage of Gargage from the years. So you are requested to take action on this and help us to leave cleanly and Peacefully. This is our humble request so please help us..

i would like to bring to your notice that Road in front of LU Block Shiv Mandir Road dividing LU and MU block, connecting from District Park Pitam Pura to Outer ring road via St. Stephen School is in bad shape.There were several diggings by Delhi Jal Board for some repair work.They have just filled the pits with sand ans stones.No bitumen has been laid .
Infact, the complete road is full of ditches ans its been ages since bitumen has been laid on this strech.

Kindly attend to this as in approching rainy season, water logging would happen and can lead to accidents as it is a busy road.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that Balraj Khanna Marg, West Patel Nagar from Amarpali Hotel to Patel Nagar Police Station is in bad shape. The road is uneven causing lot of inconvenience to office goers because it is parallel road to main Patel Road and normally traffic just to avoid traffic signals use it. The road under Metro Station, Patel Nagar(Vivek Cinema) is also in bad shape, Rickshaw pullers have completely occupied this road causing lot of inconvenience to vehicles. Kindly ensure action in the matter as the same is common cause for all the residents of Patel Nagar as well as office goers using this road.

I would like to tell that there is road from Hastal (Vikas puri) to Vikas Nagar-Dwaraka mor around 6km . Its a two way road which is totally damage & dump. It is not been possible to dive the car at any season especially at the time of rain. MLA & MPs are giving too much promises but not doing any thing. Sir I request you to do some thing for it. Its making us to difficult to drive the vehical through this way. Even many 2 wheelers are falling to small accidents. This become a fear to drive 2 wheeler there also.

I stay in the same colony Pocket-F, opposite to DESU office Hari Nagar.
And now its been 13 more months since I read this post today. So its been 30 months - 2 and half years since water sievers has been dug out and the dug road has turned worst.

The roads turned worst in past 3 years and there has been no construction.
The water supply in the colony used to be 1 hour earlier which has now been half an hour to 45 minutes daily.
There junk market trucks keeps queued up on the roads.
Stray dogs are ever increasing in the colony, biting many people, my brother has also got a dog bite.

I think this is the way MCD promises to make Delhi a world class city.
Now when CWG is over, I think now CVC is keeping MCD so occupied.

Can MCD management show commitment and ownership to shape the city.

MCD and MCF — Bad condition of road

I wish to bring to your kind notice the extremely deplorable,delapidated and dangerous condition of the road joining Kalindi Kunj to Faridabad sector-37 and its along agra canal.There is a great danger of accidents on this road which is full of pot holes and is littered with garbage at various places leading to serious traffic jams everyday.Thousands of people including students and workers travel by this road everyday.Even I Also travel by the same road for noida. You are therefore requested to take immediate action in the matter.

No one seems to be intersting here. Unfortunately i am also living in Madanpur khadar from last three and half years. No development . Roads are worst. No drainage systems It seems we are living in hell. Natas used to come and promise people lot but not doing anything except providing one wisky bottle and 500 rupees during election time.


Please do something and save our children's feature. Schools are refused to provide bus services becasue of bad roads.

We are residing on the above said area. We are HIGHLY TROUBLED due to MADDENING DOGS in our street.Childs of our locality are also not safe in such atmosphere. Dear Commissioner,

On visiting the MCD webpage i come to know the MCD commissioner is an IAS officer and Mayor is MBBS doctor a highly educated person which makes me proud. Then I feel let me share my grievance with you as I am having a water connection of Delhi Jal Board .since last two years We were not getting a single drop of water through our Taps even though we are having Jal board connection .But now Jal Board has impose the bill of Rs 2000/- on us just because of rent of non functional water meter. I think sir this is not fair because Jal board is trying to impose the bill without any service. I think my grievance may attract your attention and I expect you would resolve this grievance as soon as possible.

My expectation is very high from you because of your qualification background. rest up to you.

Same situation is here also in West guru angad nagar. Water supply department please look into this matter. we are getting water which smells like coming from sewerage ( nali ka pani in hindi). we are not able to use this water for bathing even, we are spending money to get the drinking water from market. we are paying the water tax regularly. Corruption in MCD and Delhi Police

All markets in R K Puram controlled by MCD have been heavily encroached upon by shopkeepers.What is worse is that these shopkeepers are allegedly greasing the palms of MCD officers on monthly basis.I happened to visit one shop no 19 sector 12, R K PURAM NEW DELHI-110022 owned by one Rajesh kalia. He has encroached upon the entire passage to run his business of color lab and jewellery.In fact, a majority of shopkeepers have encroached upon the passage .When I asked why has he covered all the space, his responses were appalling. These were: (a) There is encroachment all over Delhi and that he was not the only one;(b) He was the official photographer of the President of India;(c)All government officers (including the latest Mr O Ravi Joint Secretary of MHA and several others), are corrupt. This could not have been possible without the collusion of MCD and POLICE officers ..As a retired civil servant, I feel ashamed of the culture of MCD and more than that its Vigilance wing I have senent complaints to CVC and the CBI...

Sewer line blocked outside my house

This is to inform you that the shaft outside my house is overglowing since 1 months but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. MCD — Digging of roads

There is continous digging of roads in A-block East Uttam Nagar for getting water connection & the roads are never ever repaired by resident. the authorities are not challaning any such resident leading to lot of pot holes. Many roads in A & D block, East Uttam Nagr are having speed breakers made by resident at their sweet will. beside complaint at CM web site, no one cares to check the residents.

I am visiting one of my relative in Jaitpur Extension (Near Gurudawara) Badarpur Boarder. I am here for about 2 weeks and, I noticed that the road which connects Ismailpur with Jaitpur, starts next to jaitpur Gurudwara has been built just last week with excellent efforts of Blah blah blah….today (8/2/2013) I found a big drill machine digging it out as usual, as per the local shop keepers, “they are placing the water line there” ….
Now the question is, were they (who??) waiting for the road to be constructed so that they can dig it? Was there no pipe line (or whatever line) ever before? Who ask for the permission to dig newly built road and who granted? Was that not possible to have a little coordination and plan before construing the road?? All my concern is that "it is OUR MONEY"!! Hadd hai seriously!!

With due respect, we would like to draw your kind attention regarding the human health .We would like to inform you that in our area ‘Quresh Nagar’ near sadar bazaar, there is no proper cleanliness.there is one big reason of horses.
In our residence area quresh nagar there some horses owner are living in the residential area and their horses are also living with them .
Horses owner have been built up horses Istables in our residential area.
Their horses are running in the area and making the area dirty with their excreta .this is creating a unhygienic condition in the area and hence is causing humen health hazard.
We are afraid that an expidemic dengue etc, may broke out in our area and hence risking the humen life.
We the persons of residential of quresh nagar hereby requested you to please take the action against the horses owner and arrange to either remove or seal the horses istables from the residencial area “quresh nagar” to save the health of residential people.
Delhi government has also prohibited the horse tanga in delhi, even then they carrying the horse tanga in the area illeagaly.
They are also burn the horse excreta in the area and on road, the smoke of excreta is dangerious of our health and few peoples of our residence area have been suffered from T.B. and cancer from this smoke.
In this regard we have inform to the Health Depatment of MCD and area police station.but till shares they have not taken any action against the Horses Istables owners
