ILLEGAL CONSTUCTION AT FULL SWING, POLICE ALSO TOOK MONEY n GAVE GO AHEAD

Hi,
I'm a resident of Pocket -A, Mayur Vihar-2.
Ours is a DDA Colony & there is construction work going on in flat no 160A, Pocket-A, Mayur Vihar-2, on a lot of area not covered under the flat's area.
The flat owner is expanding his backroom, taking up almost half of the alley, where our 2-wheelers are parked.

CHEATING OF WOMEN/SR. CITIZENS

While filing our MCD Property tax return for current year 2008-09, we have realised with great pain that MCD is not allowing 30% discount to Women/Sr.Citizens, if the property though residential, is not self-occupied. In other words, if the property is let out to tenants, the above 30% discount is not allowed.

You are aware that where the property is let out to tenants, the property tax is already charged at 200%.br...

ROB/RUB SamayPur Badli Railway Crossing

Hi,
Its been in news for a long time now, that Rail Over Bridge/ UnderBridge was to be constructed at Samay Pur Badli railway Crossing. Though MCD has got the appropriate budgets, approved for same, but no work has started as yet. Every commuter, has to spend atleast 30 mins on an average at that crossing. Even when the Phatak opens, there is so much of traffic jam, that it takes another 15 mins to cross that Phatak.

birth certificate

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have applied for a duplicate copy of birth certificate for Bharat Bhushan, Date of Birth 18.2.1974, place of birth : 2/362, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi 110027 ; mother's name : Sudesh Kumari ; father's name : Krishan Lal.

The application for the birth certificate was made at MCD West Zone Office, Raja Garden, New Delhi on 28.4.2008. We were told to contact after three weeks....

uncovered drains

I am resident of Satbari, khasra No. 40, chattarpur mandir road, near DLF farm - 110074.SIr the drains are uncoverd in my area.It is deeply saddening to see area in such way.I would really like to request the mcd chancellor of that area to look into the matter and order the closure of these drains.The open drains causes a lot of inconvenience to the residents as well as the people travelling in that area, also it fuels in diseases like...

Online issue of Birth Certificate

I have requested for the birth certificate of my daugther on 19th March 2008 through http://www.mcdonline.gov.in.
She was born on 24th Feb 2008 in Delhi Karol Bagh Zone.
The certificate issue charges has been taken directly through by bank account.
But I have not received birth certificate yet and "Complaint" link on the site also does not work.

Illegal Construction in DDA Flat legalised by MCD in Vasant Kunj.

I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mr Shrenik mehta(II nd) Floor, C-2/2318, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi to MCD Najafgarg, MCD Vigilance, MCD Commissioner Town Hall, SHo Police Vasant Kunj, Public Grievance Cell, Lt Governor.

Correction of father name

Sir,
I have been received a PAN card from your office with the number AVRPP0168L . in this card at the place of father name writtened MANGAT RAM in place of MANGAL RAM. Therefore I requested you to correct it. I am sending original PAN card alongwith proof of father name (copy of ration card).
