Hi,
I am working with MNC from last 5 years. I have opted for personal mediclaim from last 5 years. In this 5 years this is the first time I am claiming the amount for my maternity expenses. As per the policy Medimanage will pay me for my maternity expenses. I have delivered a baby girl on 24th July 2012. I have given all the documents which I have with me and which are needed to the medimanage person. I have given all the documents requested by medimanage time to time. The claim is pending from last 6 months. Medimanage is asking for Hospital registration certificate, which hospital is not ready to give. Hospital already given all the documents and hospital registration number for reference. Medimange says that without hospital registration certificate, they will not process the claim and hospital is not ready to give the document. however hospital registration certificate, was not mandatory document, it was never stated before, or never written anywhere. What should I do?
Being a mother of little baby, I can not go to hospital, again and again for asking for the certificate, which is hospital's document. The hospital is also in different location. Please let me know what to do. I am genuine customer. Was this information helpful? |
