[Resolved] mgis mobile tracking system — Fraud company

First and most important - THIS COMPANY (MGIS mobile secutiry) IS FRAUD and do not give money to them.
Their modus operandi is as below -
1. You register your lost mobile, deposit money and give some papers - looks genuine.
2. Fun starts now. They do not respond to your mail. If respond (say after 20 mails) it is of no value. Basically standard reply irrespective of your query - we are still finding. I am sure they do not read your mail.
3. Their support number is not at all reachable. They say 10 to 6 except friday. But I found many times it is shut down at 11.30 am ot 4 pm.
4. If you reach the number then they play busy record for 30 seconds and call gets cut. I have at least tried 1000 times but could not reach them.
5. Some people mentioned that they got message about mobile found but it was not their. In my case I did not get any message for 2 months then I asked them refund as per their policy. I am following up with them for last 3 months. No reply to my 20 mails or 100 calls.
6. I am 100% sure it is fake company. MGIS guys, I will be taking you in consume court soon.

This company is cheater company. I too got cheated. I had registered my mobile to them. On loss of mobile, now this company does not respond to any mail/query, not its phone gets connects.
This is a bogus company.

I spoke to MGIS representative today and he has promised to refund money in 1 wk. I am thankful to MGIS for their service.

After I put this complaint on this site, I received call from MGIS next day. He told me that they want bank details and mails to me are bouncing (it was false). I SMSed the details. 2 days later same person called back saying he will not refund since I have put complaint on site and asked for apology on same site. Later we settled on me putting above comment "I spoke to MGIS representative today and he has promised to refund money in 1 wk. I am thankful to MGIS for their service". I received my money after that (jay ho!). So guys be aware before dealing with MGIS. I am 100% sure they do not have any mechanism to search your lost mobile just by knowing IMEI (cases when no tracking software installed). What ever they mention about their server can not be possible with out any help from service providers (we have many). I even spoke with one police officer near to my place about it. He said it happens only if police wants to do it for some imp case and police (not any company like MGIS) can ask service providers to share the data.

MGIS mobile security has been cheating innocent and vulnerable people and minting money. I have come to know that they do some networking business as well which again surely will be another form of cheating. I have lodged FIR and some day I will sue them surely for cheating me as well. Please comment on MGIS mobile security fraud wherever possible to expose them of the result of cheating.

I am one of the victims of this site. My mobile was stolen and fortunately was recovered the next day. Unfortunately, I had already deposited the money into their SBI account as mentioned on the website (Money deposited on 18th October 2011) Till date they have not responded to any of emails and their helpline is never reachable!

Planning to knock Consumer court for these crooks! Don't go for their services at all.
