sir,
i had lost my mobile in chennai on sep 26, 2011 and lodged a f.i.r. in police station but didn't get any help. After searching on the web i found this company. as they had told me i sent them all the document with money deposited in their account. they had told me that
"It may be traced within 2-5 days time period approximately and when the lost mobile is traced, you are being informed about the running connection in your lost mobile, at the time of trace, by sms, on your 2 alternate mobile nos. and if your lost mobile is not traced within maximum time period of 1 month, it will be assumed/treated that the lost mobile has gone DEAD or is not able to catch any network or can not be traced out by our tracking system and therefore the tracing fee deposited by you will be fully refunded without any deduction."
after that they never rply to my mails and never answered my calls. i waited for one month, but it has been more than one month,(more than 40 days)
they are not refunding my money and not doing any thing for tracing. i need your help badly. Please take necessary action.
