[Resolved]  Micromax Mobile — service center relate issue

i bought a bling in august and there is soft ware problem from the start and now service centre is not capable of solveing this prob here at jaipur now where i have to go

I bought a Micromax Q55 model on last July 07, 2010 and initially it had low volume problem as well as speaker phone was not working, however i was ok with that but ultimately within a month automatically went to DEAD.I submitted my mobile to service centre on 07/08/2010 for repairing and Service centre person told me that it would get it repaired soon as it was in warranty. Called them up several times but could not get repaired till date. Even had called to customer care (Delhi) again & again but they did not receive the call. It’s been more than two months already and no progress at all.

After facing this situation, it is not advisable to others to get micromax mobile.

Kindly make it fast so that being a customer we should have trust on this micromax company products. You are not supposed to hurt your customers feeling and to have unsatisfactory response. after facing this situation, it is not advisable to others to get micromax mobile.

Otherwise, we are forced to file a complaint against this issue in consumer forum.

i have purchase micromax mobile from retailer shop and after 2 and 3 day's keypad and ball moving problem creating and i have desire go from shop take this problem and he no give responbility of my phone after go to micromax survice center get my mobile in survice center, date of[protected] passed time of 2 month and ti was not take my phone responese, finaly i will go from consumer cort want to refund extra charge of 15, ooo/-Rs
i will complain in local and state newz paper against micromax company and this micromax company is dummy,

my self madhu sudhan my cell micromax w900 it's window is clean boot and window is formated and i am going in you's service center which in ajmer kirshna enterprise dated 25/8/2010.
than they said this phon is hand over to our company but my phon is not ready on this time i am wating for my phon befor 1 and half month's and my phon in warranty status
what sir what is this only installed software so why are you having so much time in it. I think your service is too late .

micromax micromax Q7 — not working from the 5th day i have purchased

Never buy micromax mobile, no service at all. You will not get aany help from the shop and from customer service.If you purchase a mobile from micromax your money has gone, take it as GRANTED.

i have cubex550 i have buyed it 14nov sir there r uncountable problems r there in set i went to u service center durgapuri they misbehaved with me they don't know how to talk with customer while solving problem in set thay had broken the stick if my phone & insted of sorry they 4 presons putted blame on me & sir talk very harshly & sad what u want to do, do i not fear from any one . My problem of set is increasing day by day
I hope u will take some action & sir please solve the problem as soon as possible

Hi I am Akhilesh Maheshwari. I was purchased Micromax Q5 mobile on 15 November 2010. After 2-5 days its have problem with Audio jack. I can't recieved the call directly when i on the speaker on then i attend the call. I was visit the service center in Faridabad (Haryana) Near Neelam Fly over. Service center guys says its is water damage. This is my perosnal Mobile.
Mostly call are that service centre recieved on Audio Jack problem. Service Centre guys says to manny users have water problems.
But really this mobile is not water damage as per my side. Last 10 years back i am using the mobile. Service Centre guys attitute and communication is very... bad.

I have purchase the Micromax Q5 and Q7 on Nov 2010 but I having problem with Q5 Mobile from 17 Nov 2010 is not working when i disconnet the earphone its shwing the connecting still therfore i cannot take the call to take the call i have to on loadspeaker

i have surrender the phone to service centre in Faridabad Neelam Fly over Service centre and he says its water damage and not give the service sheet or any type of recieved. and says its Chargabe.

Micromax — VERY BAD SET AND SERVICES

I have purchased one set model X225 , IMEI NO. [protected] ON 30.3.2009 this mobile does not perform a single day and since begening have been complaing to the customer care etc but non of them solve the problem. First time i have given the set to service centre banswara person told me that it will take 0ne and more month to get its panel as it is consuming battery even without using of set. All customer care person giving false assurance and no one want to solve any problem. In my opinion this company is chitting a lot to the general public by making the set use and throw category.
