[Resolved]  Micromax Mobile — service center relate issue

Hi sir,

I have a in warranty Micromax GC360 mobile. Whenever a call is made or received on the Micromax GC360 Phone (2GSM+ 1CDMA SIMs) a message 'PUBLIC AREA' is displayed and charge heating problem. Please some help me and suggest for this comment.

I have Micromax W900 mobile phone.i have problem in that is "Phone not starting". i gave to service centre and i got mobile after 1.5 month and same day i checked it but again there are so many problem like Bluetooth not working, GPS not working, speaker not working and volume switch is destroyed from mobile. again i shown to service centre and surrender to them and i got mobile after 1.5 month approximate. but same problem occurred.

two times PCB changed in my micromax w900 phone.

i have 6.5 version of window OS. but after PCB change its 6.1 version. please do justice with me.

i am suffering this issued with last 3 month

I purchased Micromax Mobile, Model No.X395, from ABABA -2/AVINASH ELECTRONICS, Telibandha Raipur on dated – 28.07.2011.After three days the display of that Mobile was not functioning properIy so that I lounch written a complaint to Micromax Service Centre “SAI MICROMAX CARE, LALGANGA, at RAIPUR”. After written a complaint on 1.08.11 till date I continuously follow-up to “SAI MICROMAX CARE, LALGANGA, at RAIPUR” for display repair . Approximate 15 Days on 01.09.2011 after paying Amount Rs.850/- I get my mobile but the New Display which is changed by company’s service centre was not working properly. I again login complain to “SAI MICROMAX CARE, LALGANGA, at RAIPUR” and also hand over to my mobile phone to vide job order no.61516.A long days passed but I not yet received my mobile phone and I also not get proper response .
I continuously follow-up to service centre person’s for solve my problem and I not getting proper reply.
Can You Solve my Problem Please?

I have visited your customer service centre situated at Guru Nanakpura by your authorised dealer named Mr Kashyap ([protected]) & Mr Gopal there,{ Shop no B-36, Guru Nankakpura Opp.V3 S Mall..Opp. Maharaja Banket Hall, Lakshmi nagar-92 } of my Micromax Q 5 Hand set, IMEI NO IS [protected]/RECEIPT NO 193// SERIAL NO:3888 ( given to him for change the boll of set on dt 02 aug 11 he ask me to take the hand se on dt 30 aug 11. I visited them again n again but they delayed me of one month. At end they having a old set with repaired but it is not same of mine IMEI NO IS [protected].so they said u take it now, we have only this set is with us....they lost my phone somewhere.
so i refuse to take it from them.....it is rightnow with them....
So now i have only the way to get help from consumer forum for un-neccessary harssment & incovinence to the customer by your authorised service centre. & need my phone back or money back.....

I have a in warrenty Micromax X550(CUBE) mobile. I deposite my mobile to GLOBAL MOBILE CENTRE (LG-24 SRIRAM PLAZA, BANK MORE DHANBAD, JHARKHAND) for reparing on 18July2011. Service centre person told me that it will take 15-20days for repair my mobile.i call him again & again but he did not repair my mobile till date.service centre person told me that i send your handset to patna and after one month they to me that handset send to ranchi .the head of service centre told that Micromax mobile had many features but didn't have capacity to run the features they scolded me why you buy micromax take NOKIA, SAMSUNG I told him this is not service centre language please co-operate as service centre .

I have a much problem to late 2month

i try to contact customer care for issue, but no one pick the call

can any one tell what should i do to get my issue resolved

i bought micromax A60 mobile...after 15 days o[censored]sage back speaker got repaired and when i gave to the service center(BG Systems) at tirunelveli they told to get it after 15 days. when i went after 20 days they replied still it will take 1 more week then i went the next week they told to come next week because the speaker has not yet arrived. i have been waiting for 1 month without proper response.

i have micromax x265 mobile phone.. i purchased it last month.. it has some manufacturing problem..
today i went to service center in bhopal at mansarover complex.. name trisha enterprises.
& they are not ready to repair it...

I purchaed Micromax Q5 last year (Cost Rs.3, 800) May 2010 & warranty
expires. The mobile was not functioning on 8th Nov 2011 and checked with Micromax authorised
Dealer VConnect at Mahalingapuram, Chennai. They checked Software, other things and informed
that the Board was dead. It needs to be repaired. The cost of the Repair & Service charges will be
Rs.1, 400/-. I also interacting with Customer Support Service staff today. No solution.

I never expected this much of cost is reuired to rectify the problem. I used earlier Nokia (5years no problem)
and still I am using LG mobile. First time I purchsed an Indian Product and I got very bad experience within a
short period.

Is Micromax service team can rectify and make the repair with less cost? So that I can happy and enjoy
worth of buying the product.

Expecting necessary steps and reply from the concerned team.

I have purchased a Micromax mobile X600 in the month of November 2010, but it stop working in the month of Apirl 2011. I contacted customer care for resolution of issue and handed over the mobile to them thrice (6 times) in two month (Jul to Aug) And(Septemer to January) date) and they have send the mobile to their upper department but the issue has not been resolved till date. It is still not working. I am requesting the honor of consumer court to please provide new handset to me, so that faith of consumer will remain in consumer court. My contact number is [protected].

My Micromax mobile X600 is in warant period. Charging socket is still not working when I showed it in service centre, they kept my cell for more than two weeks and now they say it cant be repaired. Please take away your mobile. Few days before they told me its micromax use it and if any problem throw it. I think we should sue them and even the dealers from whom we purchase say "this cell is best one we havent received any compliants about it.

Dear Head of Customer care,

I am Lucknow based and had purchased Micromax mobile Model Q-6, year back. The glass screen was damaged last year (2011) then I got just in Rs. 250/- from Hajratgang Service centre. Again glass screen was damaged in Feb-12 and got the same from Krishna Nagar service centre in Rs. 270/-. Now again the glass screen has damaged and Krishna Nagar service centre is giving in Rs. 450 + taxes.
Please confirm, He is charging correct cost or cheating us, need your attention in this matter urgently.
