Guys this seems to be a fake offer (unless it is confirmed by the Authorized person form the Organization).
There a number of reasons which make this letter a fake one.
1. A personal bank account for depositing fee.
2. The Address is in Noida and not Greater Noida (As far as I know)
3. The offer letter is always in PDF from with the company logo.
4. No Official Email Id.
5. Letters are always in the name of applicant.
6. Any Offer cannot proceed without a solid initiative by the candidate.
This is a complete Fake Letter, so before paying any money just confirm form the concerned persons.
You can Google the Contact Info of HCL and verify the authenticity of the letter.
