[Resolved]  Mrl Posnet — want refund

Hi Sir,

My complaint is against a company named MRL postnet. I bought a machine from MRL COMPANY to recharge mobile phones of all the companies. The company told me that machine cost is Rs 8000/- and if we don't like the services and we can return it back to the company and can get refund of Rs 6000/-...My MIQ no is [protected] AND My MID is Mahesh Provision stores..And the machine is taken back in Nov 2010 but there is no response against the refund ..We are trying to contact Mr Satyan (Sales officer) of MRL company in Ahemdabad from last 6 months but once agian not getting any response..And if now we'll not get the response then we will take further actions and will do FIR against the MRL POSNET company......
