Could not receive money which was used from mrl pos machine to my bank account...

My TID IS 4910124M it is not working past a week, I have complaint for couple of times to your customer care they have not taken any action till now, even I have requested for statement from April 1st 2019 to march 31 2020 even that also not received, I am total fedup with your service their is no proper customer service.

This is national lubricant's (Pune) my tid no is 3080499... My machine is not reflecting settlement option which appears on screen i called several times on helpline number but none of them were attentive or plz provide a relevant number so that we can contact the concerned person i request u to please enhance your service to the customers as they are paying rent each month out of their pockets which are earned money and not stashed money......

This is the 3rd time im sending email to you, there was no response to teh previous emails, we swiped 2 cards for a single customer .
1st card was error, so we swiped the second card . byut the customer was saying the money got debitted twice, one time...
