Hi All,
I had booked one unit flat in Aegis Trine Tower Indirapuram, At the time book the flat i connected with Prashant and I informed him, i have icici bank sanction letter Rs 50 Lac, So i want to purchase flat in this apartment than he informed me currently icici bank is not funding to Aegis after sometime ICICI bank will fund to this project, so he said Aegis will provide home loan from other bank and you can book the flat, I informed that I am not eligible from other bank so other bank will not approve loan, Prashan said if Aegis unable to provide loan my booking amount will refund and Prahant given me in written, i am attaching his statement in this mail.
Prashant applied my loan to hdfc bank but according to hdfc bank i am not eligible, after that Prashant applied my loan to AVAS home and i paid processing fee to AVAS after one month, AVAS declined my loan due to not eligible.
Now Aegis cancelled my unit and Prahant infomed me, I will get my full refund after cancelling as per his promise. I have his all recording over the call conversation and I can show his recording and prove it in court. today i connected with Kiran from the CRM team and I asked about my refund but she said the CRM team is not aware about Prashant's commitment and she denied my refund.
I just want to inform you why builders are doing this kind of activity. That is the reason common people do not believe in builder communication and commitment, only just Rs 50000 you can lose builder goodwill.
If I go to court, I will prove that and update my YouTube channel. Who will trust you? It's my request to please refund my amount as per commitment.
