I had booked a flat in Iris towers in rishabh cloud 9 indirapuram project on 10.01.2019 and even given them a token advance of 100000 by cheque which was cleared in my bank.
For some reason I was not able complete the purchase and had informed the builder about the same within a month. The G.M sales Mr. Ajay Jain told me that he will refund the amount as soon as he is able to sell it someone else.
The flat was resold soon and the full payment for the flat was collected from the new buyer, but so far the builder hasn't refunded my token amount.
Even after umpteen reminders and visits in which Mr. Ajay jain kept on making some excuses or the other, they haven't refunded me the money Was this information helpful? |
