sir my name is Pankaj, im living in Ram Nagar, Shahdara (East Delhi) near Yoga-Way Public School, Delhi -32 . Hear is a street cow. It bit more than 10 peopel in this localety. there owner Ranbir Singh of this Cow. The Cow is woundering nera house on 1/4099 Ram Nagar Ext. Loni Road Shahdara, Delhi-32. i request u kindly to look the matter as soon as possible.

I, vinod kapoor, stay in 572, Dr. Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi-110009. The back side of the street has not been cleaned for many months. As a result, huge heaps of garbag has accumulated, even drains are choked because of the garbage. Sweeper engaged for the street does not pay attention to their work rather they perform household jobs and earn money and also take full salary from the office of MCD.

Kindly forward this mail to immediate officer who deals in Mukherjee Nagar area because, almost, all the back streets of that area are not cleaned by the sweepers. Hoping for an early disposal of the complaint.

Respected Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of 245-B, Pocket- J&K, Dilshad Garden Delhi-110095, which fallen in your jurisdiction. I am being owner of 260-B, Pocket- J&K, Dilshad Garden Delhi-110095, and wish to inform you that there has made a unauthorized construction on the top floor of 260-D Pocket- J&K, Dilshad Garden Delhi-110095 and also change the original position of my water tank from the roop by the owner of 260-D Pocket- J&K, Dilshad Garden Delhi-110095 and due to such change water is not properly filled in the tank. The owner has covered Two additional room of on the top floor by, the way to my water tank is absolutely closed and lockeed by the said owner . I have already make a humble request to restore my water tank to the original place but he denied and threat to me. I am law abiding person, so you are kindly requested to take the need full action in this regard. I shall be highly obliged.

For safety reasons I requested to you not disclosing my identity to any other person. It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to solve my water problem and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

One dead dog is lying in front of main gate of National Institute of Malaria Research In Dwarka Sub-city Sector 8 for about 5 days. It is a health hazard and risky for users of the road. I think that MCD should act immediately to remove the dead dog.

i stay at hari nagar near one government school which is not cleaned from many years as the result there huge heaps of garbage has collected with this many mosqutos has taken place so i request you to please pay heed to this topic and solve this problem as soon as possible for the sake of our country and for public

There is a unauthorised construction going on in J/41-D, Sheikh Sarai, Ph-II. Last year i have already registered my complaint but action have not been taken. They have already made 4 floor in Janta flat now they are making 5th floor, because of this neighbour are feeling unsecure, any time this building can come down because these are 35 year old DDA Flats. Request you to please take an appropriate steps against the said address.

This is to inform you that the sewer outside my house is overflowing since 5-6 months but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front of me smelling foul. Please help me out of this situation. there was a unoccupied plot in our lane, which is now full of garbage upto 6 feet.
it is unhygenic for us and the animals keep peeping into the garbage.

please look into the matter, and take some action to clean it up.

Dear Sir,

With due respect, I wish to submit that I would like to draw your kind attention towards this very grievous problem which we are facing for a long time.

There is no cleanliness in the nallies. Drains are totally blocked. Piles of dirt are lying in front of the house. Each member family is suffering from mosquito born diseases turn by turn. I myself have been suffering from filariasis which is a mosquito born disease and it is appropriate to mention here that it has no treatment.

For the solution of this acute problem of dirtiness, I went to councilor’s office so many times but all gone in vain. No sweeper turns up, even after several reminders. If one comes, one takes out the silt from the nallies and puts it on the fringe of nally, in front of the house and does not pick it up for days long. This pile of dirt in front of the house looks very odd and moreover it causes several diseases.

I on my own behalf and in public interest request you to take personal interest to solve this acute problem. Earliest action taken will be highly appreciated.

This is Hereby inform you that their is illegal constuction going ahead at 2/18 single story Ramesh Nagar , New Delhi (India ) .
The owner are making multistory building at 100 sq yard plot .They have also covered the foothpath as they have construced stairs their . The police and the Mcd Local body has not taken any action against it . More over they also cover the back line by additional steel stair which is totally illegal . we the residance of single story ramesh nagar Request you to stop this kind of construction.at the beging stage . so that no other person will do his kind of encorchment in the futher.

I m a resident of C6A/56B Janak Puri, New Delhi - 110058, I live in 1st floor, the another occupant living in 2nd floor C6A/ 56C, Janak Puri, New Delhi - 110058, their sewer pipe lines are leaking and reaching into our bath room and toilet, we requested them several times and shown them also the leakage from shaft room and seeping in to our house. This is not only spoiling our walls, its is creating problem of in-hygenic which can affect us with diseases. Moreover, it can be dangerous also as it can affect the electrcial lines and get short circuits. we request the concerned authorities to take strict action against them.

A house No. D-1435, Sudarshan Park, New Delhi-110015 (owner Mrs. Bhagwanti/Mr. Harnam Das Nagpal/Mr. Joginder Nagpal/Mr. Rajinder Nagpal) is built unauthorisedly. It has four floors built, all built by extending the roof and without any approval/Map from MCD. It is hazardous and can lead to collapse anytime and thus, dander to lives of the neighbors.
A number of complaints lodged earlier also, but no action taken till date.

Condition of Street near House No. B 8/14 Krishna Nagar Delhi (Sh. South Zone) is miserable for quite some time. Drains and sewer are overflowing badly and the street is submerged with stinking water. The Residents are suffering and no body is taking care. This is also increasing the risk of malaria in the vicinity. Kindly HELP.

I want to inform you that we are the resident of, Houseno - 1065/B - 2, Ward No -7, Near Nakshatra Appt Mehrauli New Delhi -110030.
we want to inform you about the blockage of drainage which my neibhour ( Gulam Rasool and Mohd. Farooq) has not properly fixed the drainge pipe in his drain, so that the water of drain flow on the road in large capacity, with the result Our roads & drains are blocked and the drainage too is not working, cockroaches, mosquitoes and foul smell is coming out of our houses.they neighbour is not listening.so You are requested kindly to take immediate action to resolve this problem of blockage & out flow of drain of my neighbour. we are living in the fear of Dengue.
