This to inform you that i'm a resident of 94A, DDA Flat Shahpur jat dda flats new delhi. 110049. On the flat of 94.b dda flats shahpur jat they can construct new building. On the 26th December they can construct a lanter on that day... they will give the bribe to the MCD officer of rs. 60.000 and to the local police officer they will give bribe of rupees 50, 000.

My flat is on the ground floor. For this type of construction i'm disturbing a lot. but when i'm asking about this to the upper flat holder they will beat me and harass me. They will told me that if i'm say anything to them they will kill me. Thats why i'm asking this to you. Please help me if you will help me i'll be highly grateful to you sir.. Please save me. Because the local police officer take bribe from them they will also take the part of them... I'm not able to lodge a FIR against them because local police officer is also with them...

I'm also give this mail to the LG, CM delhi and local police commissioner...

The ill-legal construction of 4th Floor carried out by Mr. Chotte Lal is projecting dangerously in front of my entrance of my house, I stay on the ground Floor, 2330, Sahani Bhawan, Kucha Chalan, Darya Ganj, New Delhi-110002

This is a great threat to my life and my property. It also infringed upon my right to air and light . This ill-legal construction carried out by Mr Chotte Lal is a great nuisance to my life, it is giving me alot of mental strss and had taken peace out of my life.

This is to inform you that the sewer outside my building and all street is Blocked & Over flowing since last 2-3 months. Even after a repeated number of complaints to local authorities & M.C.D. Office, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewerage keeps coming out of it and has made the whole premises inside my building & on the road outside of my building very smelling foul. The problem of water not being disposed out correctly can also give rise to some disease. Due to this sewer problem my toilets are also not working properly.No body in the street member used their toilets.

Whenever we all people go to ask about the matter, the persons on duty give me baseless excuses that they have tried to clear the blockage but in vain, we have to bring some machine to clear up the same. I just can't understand what to do. They were completely not concerned about my helplessness of not able to use the toilet at all. What we supposed to do?

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the illegal construction on 3rd floor in property number. S-1/151 OLD MAHAVEER NAGAR, Tilak Nagar, ND-18, constructed by Mr. Satish Dhingra without any approval of 3rd Floor by MCD and without any approved map. It is very dangerous to construct third floor for entire building. I tried to stop him but he is not ready to listen any thing and continue do the same.

I request to you to please take necessary step to stop him.

I am resident of Old rajender Nagar on salwan school marg , near shankar road
since past few months new shops have been opened on this road and these shop owners are creating trouble for car parking for the residents of this area.
we expect that this area is a residential area and MCD must take action to close all these shops in tahbazari as they are making it commerical and spoiling asthetics and posing problem for car parking

Residence — Drainage Blockage

Sir,
I am residing at Irusappa Street, Triplicane. Our drainage line is blocked continuously, we have compliant on it several times and the metro water staff come and clear it. But it not clear fully because of damage on drainage line between our chamber to the Public Chamber which is in the middle of the road. Now we Go for Renewal of Drainage line. We taken D.D of Rs. 7500/- on 22.01.10 and we submitted the renewal form with D.D on 25.01.10 to Metro Water Head Office. There is no action till date(02.02.10). It is very urgency because the drainage water flows in the public road continuosly. There is bad smell in the road ane all the publis complaint to us. Please do the needful
