MCD — Some portion of drain has not been concreted

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a resident of Khajuri Colony, Delhi 110094, District North-East.
An open drain which lies between D and E blocks of the colony, was concreted some year back but some portion of this drain between street no 12 to 14 of D block was not concreted because of encroachment by the some residents adjacent to the drain. Now the condition is, no body is taking care of this undeveloped portion and local residents use this area as waste bin which leads to dirty smell in the surroundings and blockage of drain occasionally .
I request to the concerned department to concrete this portion of drain.

I am a resident of Sangam Vihar, south delhi F-3, block, in our locality the work of road constraction are in process, the work is likely done but the work in the back street was pending for the last six to seven month, but the contractor was not give any attention for this site, and they were go to close the work saying the whole work is done. our back street is very dirty the whole waste of water are collect in the back street, they cause to help the mosquitoes and another dangerous diseases grown our locality, . now the condition is, no body is taking care of this undeveloped portion, the palace has the like as a dirty waste bin which leads to dirty smell in the surroundings and blockage of water and waste.

I request to the concerned department and the contractor to continue the work which is left, please
do as the possible.

Road/Traffic — Encroachments by Hawkers

Respected Sir/Mam,
There is a nuisance of vegetable hawker near my home.They make Encrochments on the public road.it cause number of accidents,lots of traffic and noise pollution in the area. we have sent the application for the same to the Estate Department of municipal corporation.but no sufficient action have been taken to solve the problem.

so please take action such that our problem got solved.

This is to draw your kind attention towards the encroachment in our area Sarita Vihar, New Delhi.Allottee of DDA Flat No. 297, Pocket-K has made an illegal encroachment by surrounding a net fencing with gamlays plantation and took a vacant corner in his custody due to which drainage system of dirty water got spoiled and unnecessary problem of Dengue & chikungunya fever took place.Gupta family of DDA Flat is not following the norms of DDA/ MCD .

We residing Radhey Shyam Park, street No. 4, Gali Ration wali, Near Parwana Road, Delhi-110051 we have difficulty about our neighbor his name is Rakesh Kumar Sharma, H.N. 59, Radhey Shyam Park, street No. 4, Gali Ration Wali, Near Parwana Road, Delhi-110051
he park the commercial vehicle in the street No. 4 this street is so congested, and exceed about 4 fit area around his house with lots of material, as tiles, bricks, old goods, papers, and missus item in 4 fit extra area.
we complaint so many times in MCD but no taken action against this.

you are requested to please take action immediately.

I also want to make a complaint regarding ENCROACHMENT OF PAVEMENT.This is in DWARKA, the shopkeeper has ENCROACHED right in front of his shop, it is difficult to move about through the corridor, shop name is KRISHNA STORE G1-G2 Pankaj Arcade Sector 11 Pocket 4 DWARKA.These type of shopkeepers are giving room to corruption as the official who has to take action against the shop owner is obliged and the action is not taken why public is suffering because of these petty people who only are interested in their welfare!!!

Encroachment of the pavements meant for walking, by hawkers is a menace which is growing with each passing day & this menace has spread its wings in Dwarka in the past few months. Dwarka is supposed to be a no-hawking zone but lots of hawkers selling fruits, vegetables, chai, chhole-bhature & barbers, ayurvedic davakhaanas etc. are mushrooming on the pavements & flourishing. MCD officials have turned a blind eye to the menace as they are being bribed by these hawkers on a weekly basis. As a result of these encroachments, there is no walking space left on the pavements & people are forced to walk on the streets exposing themselves to the speeding traffic. Complaints in this regard to Mr.Ramratan Bharadwaj (AC, MCD, Najafgarh Zone) & Mr.Deepak Mittal has been to no avail as they kept passing the buck. The only route left now is to file an RTI. Hope someone is reading this & doing something about it.

We would like to bring for your kind information that the residents in the pocket B-6 (From House no., 235 to 255), Sector 7, Rohini, Delhi have encroached the passage by extending the area in front of their houses by covering the area with boundary walls/fencing's. This area was meant for general public for entering passage to this pocket, which has now narrowed to very small lane. The bottleneck entry point is resulting in the following problems.

Fire Hazard Point:- as it is impossible for a fire extinguisher vehicle to enter in this pocket in case of fire.
Increase in possibility of accident at the subject spot.


Therefore, we request your good self to look into the matter and arrange to demolish the unauthorised encroachment.

I want to draw your attention towards the upcoming Temple on the encroached land on the main Peeragarhi Crossing, New Delhi.
Traffic congestion along with the sound pollution is already a big problem at the Peeragarhi chowk-Delhi. On the main crossing an unauthorized temple structure is being created. Moreover it is extending its area with every passing day. This new temple not only adds to the problem of commuters but also with its high power loudspeaker keeps the sound polluted the whole day in and around the whole area.
You are requested to kindly take immediate action to vacat the public place and avoid addition of one more temple on the road side.

Dear Sir,

We are the resident of the A-7/ 17 & A-7/ 23 in rohini sector 17 New delhi-110085. The house owner of the A7/18-19, sector 17 rohini new delhi-110085 is Mr. Joginder Singh has encroached front side of the road with steel chains and bars and also entrance of the gully with planting trees in the middle of the gully and keeping stones and cooler and other waste on the entrance of the gully itself. On frequent complain given to police from all the other residents also we didn't got any solution of our problems and because of our complain filed against him he has started to abuse our family people and threaten us saying will have to bear dare consequences. The police too have warned him but still he is not giving respect to the law and daily break it.

Already once the MCD had broke his illegal construction for clearing the drainage but he has again encroached the area again and blocked the drainage too because of which two to three persons in our residents are having dengue fever. we even cant take car or bike properly because of the illegal encroachment.

We even have installed CCTV cameras to keep our family safe from Mr. Joginder singh false complain and his abuse but he still didn't stopped his abuse against us. Even we showed the CCTV recording to the police that how he is harassing and abusing us and females but still we didn't find any solution for our complain given to MCD for land encroachment and Police to save us from him.


We are middle class people and we cant shift our house to other place so that we can live peacefully and cant even live in this place because of daily abuse and his daily slow encroachment.
I kindly request you to take this matter seriously because with this the life of many innocents are attached waiting to get justice as for us you are our last hope.

Despite several written complaints to SDMC Zonal Office Green Park, in both building department & maintenence (works) department, no action being taken against Gupta Properties, Shop No 19, J-Block Saket CSC DDA Mini Market, behind old 501 bus-stand.

This property dealer has :
a)Illegally added a floor above his shop, in contravention of all rules, and all rules of allotment.
b)Encroached 20 feet by 100 feet public parking area by making a private park with steel fences and chabutra and steel staircase. No one can park their vehicles in public parking in front of this property dealer.

All o[censored]s shopkeepers are afraid of this man, as he is a known shady character of this area. He has high connections with politicians and police. Officials from SDMC departments also came once to demolish his illegal structures, but were chased away by him. Complaint with Hon'ble LG of Delhi has also yielded no result.

It seems that SDMC which has been entrusted with civic upkeep of South Delhi has failed miserably in its duties. No police case has been registered against this property dealer for encroaching public land by SDMC officials. This shows how helpless common citizen of this country is !

If our armed forces also had this attitude, our country would be a slave to the rich & powerful !

Sir, I call upon you to enforce the law on this builder mafia figure and restore my faith in Government machinery !
