[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Greater Mumbai — birth registry certificate

i born at home in malad mumbai in 1981, my parents were not aware and did not register my birth in any BMC hospital or any authorized body.though i studied in mumbai i have my school leaving certificate and bonafied certificate mentioning my place of birth mumbai malad. I required birth certificate, what can i do, please help.

earsir, i was born in mumbai on in kalpana nursing home malad(E). my parents even registered my birth in municipal office but without name. help me to know the procedure of getting wriiten my name on my birth certificate which i have put application to receive.

My name is Juana S. Vales, born in Mumbai on 28th September 1973 at St. George hospital. My parents did not get my birth certificate registered at the Ward office during my birth. I fall under Ward 'A'. My birth certificate does not indicate my name and shows in the name column as "Not stated". What is the use of a birth certificate when the child's name is not stated.
I am aware that my parents or myself should have registered my birth certificate within 15 years of my birth, but they did not do so. I got a passport as well, but showing the baptism certificate and ration card at that time.
When I called the 'A' Ward Office in Fort, they said that it is not at all possible to get a birth certificate with my name mentioned, cuz I should have done it before I was 15 years old. I do not understand the reason why its not possible, when I am still alive, have a baptism certificate, School leaving certificate, what else proof is required to show that I was born on 28th September 1973. The ward office also holds record that I was born, so why can't they incorporate the name of the child on the certificate. I do understand it was not done before, but can't I do it now, when I am still an Indian ?????? It looks like its the end of the world, the way I am told that its not possible.
Please could you show me a way out to get my birth certificate with my name mentioned on it and am ready to incur the cost for it.
