I'm Trupti Akhadkar. I was born in 1985 at Mumbai I have my birth certificate but the date written on that certificate is wrong & even the mothers name is wrong. I want to change the date and get a fresh certificate. please help me or send reply to my email id : [protected]@gmail.com.

We would like to know the procedure and documents required for changing mother's name on my daughter's birth certificate. She is born in February 2010 and registered with Ward E in Mumbai. My spouse has maternal surname in all her essential documents (passport, aadhaar, pan etc.) expect on my kid's birth certificate. We would like to change it to her maternal surname. I request you to please let me know the procedure and the required documents to be submitted. We stay in Pune currently and hence any information will be of immense help.

I am Mr. Sandeep Nivrutti Jadhav, my misses Vandana was home delivered a male child . Now he is 3 year old. We have not his birth certificates. When i applyed for the same, the Bmc said that we require an order copy of your regional court. We file the case in andheri court. But the court is now saying as per Maharastra govt. Act, we have to change the rule, please collect the same from collector office. as per court we also gone to collector office mulund, Mumbai, but there no body is helping us they saying the rule has not come yet.

I have taken Birth Certificate of my Son who was born on 22nd January 2014. In the birthcertificate my residential Address is not correct instead of kandivali west they wrote Kandivali east.

Now i need to get it corrected as soon as posible since it is a big blunder.

I visited the hospital so many time and 3 to 4 ward offices but nobody help me. I want to know the proceedure to get the copy of certificate immediately
