[Resolved]  Muthoot Finance Ltd — Non return of documents

I joined muthoot finace ltd, delhi region on 7th dec 2009with a three year bond, i have given my certificates as the bond security. To break the bond i have to pay last drawn two months salary. and i waws working with the company till march 2010. suddeny i went to kerala on leave om 15 march because of typhoid and infection in blood. before i went to kerala i have informed this thing to the higher authority through phone.

during the leave period i called the hgher authorities regarding the documents that sould be submitted by me to re-join the same job. they they told me to bring the medical certificate and and a leave application

after six months when i came here in delhi and i submitted all the medical certificate for the said peroid and submitted the application for re-joining,

they told me to wait for one week get the application processed

after the said period they now sayong that i cannot join the company again...



The real problem is company is neither terminating me nor not allowing me to re-join

they are asking me for my resignation letter and the two months salary for the certificate get relieved


what shoul i do in this situation? i need a solution for this problem

you should serve one month notice and if the do not hear dont wait, file a case in the law of court without waisting time
