Sir/madam, i had send an parcel on 25.06.2009 to kerala from faridabad (ballabgarh) which had not been delivered yet to concern person the docket/parcel no of my packet is[protected] and the address to which i had send the courier is Muthoot Fincorp Ltd, Muthoot center, Punnen Road, Trivandrum -695039, Kerala this is an important document for me and for my future kindlly do the needful otherwise i had to take another action for the same Thanks and Regards Dharampal Gurasia Area sales Manager Faridabad Was this information helpful? Dear Mr.Dharampal Gurasia,

It is rather surprising that you have named Muthoot Fincorp Ltd in your complaint rather than lodge a complaint against the courier company thru whom you have despatched your documents.

Secondly, even if you have th POD, please check the authenticity of the same. Many a times the delivery boys sign on the POD themselves and submit it as a proof of having delivered the documents.
