[Resolved] Naaptol — Selling of cheap and defective products

I bought the item titled, 'EPhone Ultra Slim Multimedia Mobile' priced at INR 4999.00 with INR 200.00 as shipping on October 10. I received the phone on October 15, but it was in a real horrible shape. To my surprise, it was a Chinese Mobile Phone not costing INR[protected] in the market as MRP, whereas they had mentioned the MRP to be INR 14995. I contacted them today on October 16, and they refused all they said. The phone has a very poor battery life, of only 16 hours standby and 1 hours of talktime. When I had spoken to an executive on the phone on no. [protected], they simply told me that they would get back with help from the Technical Support soon. They have mentioned about Refunding the Product over here: http://www.naaptol.com/faces/components/order/trackOrder.jsp# I asked them for refunding my money and now they are refusing to do so. Naaptol — not received full dish

I received order no 7120159... at my office address... for my wife present... but tomorrow I open the parcel ... a full dish no 8 are not in the parcel... unbeliveble for me bcz naptol jaisi badi or bharosemand compony me bhi aaisa hp sakta hai...

Naaptol — Used Product Shipped

I have just received the Maxx Supremo MX844 and I have very very bad experience with naaptol. I got used product which was defected & also no Invoices with the box. I tried to lodge complaint but no one pickup the call. I request to naaptol please exchange with new products which I have ordered.

Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Steel utensil set of 43 items for Rs.2398/- with condition if the item did not find to the standards or disliked, the amount be refunded in case. We had received assignment 15 days ago and it was sub standard therefore after due information and acceptation of refund the item i.e. utinsil set was picked up and returned on 29.4.2016 by one boy whose mobile No was [protected] as written on return slip.Now one Akhdeep Kumar has been harassing and presurising to accept vouchers instead of sending cash. Furthermore behavior of this man is not good. It is requested to return my cash to avoid any legal consequences.
