This is to inform that we have made the accident claim against the policy No[protected] in month of Oct 2009. Pls note the you hve not given me cash less at I have renew the policy in advance claiming the no clamed bonus. Now after repeated follow up i am not getting any feed back from your firms. Pls look in the matter and reply. I was admitted in Menakshi hospital E-5/38, Arera Colony, Bhopal on 13/5/2009 and descharged on 14/5/2009 for Fractional Curettage. The claim was submitted on 18/5/2009 at Bangalore Office of New India Assurance. After repeatedly calling up Bangalore Office till date I have not recieved my claim amount of Rs.6145.78.
