[Resolved]  NH 8 KM24 toll plaza — Tag users are suffering

Tag users are suffering due to other cash lane users and pass holders enter the lane. This defeat the purpose of automation. The cash payment is better off currently because they need not pay any advance and enjoy equal benefits.

All tag users should get together to file legal complaint against DS construction limited on not providing the promised services.

This is advance notice to DS construction to correct its acts. There are lot of possible solutions like putting extra charge for using tag lane which is compulsory to even pass holders. The revenue so generated should go into discounting tag servcies and reducing the charges for them. This shall encourage tag usage and clean up the mess.

In support of the above point, i would like to highlight the new policy of the Management for Tag users, which has classified our credit balance as TRIPS. This is the latest nomenclature that D S constructions has adopted to "ROB" tag users's money and cause undue harassment.

Now if a user has monthly pass made; to get a discount [which is applicable to only 1 toll plaza, even if one needs to cross 2 or all 3 plazas everyday for commute]; as per the Trips scheme if a user does not utilize all the trips in the month's period; then on the first day of the following month, all the Trips are Zeroed; hence penalizing the tag user with all the money that was credit in the account!!

Something needs to be done in this regard... Also it should be directed to D S constructions to take a consent from the majority of tag users before implementing such harsh schemes.
