NH 8 KM24 toll plaza Complaints & Reviews

Hello,

I was crossing through KM 24 NH 8 Toll Plaza at 8:17 AM on 24 June 2010 from Delhi to Gurgaon.
While crossing i paid my toll tax got reciept but in fraction of second Barrier
hit my front wind screen and it was broken by that Boom Barrier.
As i was not in tag lane so it was not an automated process.
It was an error made by that toll person as closed the barrier and rammed into my windshield(front).br...

Tag users are suffering due to other cash lane users and pass holders enter the lane. This defeat the purpose of automation. The cash payment is better off currently because they need not pay any advance and enjoy equal benefits.

All tag users should get together to file legal complaint against DS construction limited on not providing the promised services.
