I booked a flat in Niho Scotish garden, Saffron A block in 2006 and that was the worst day of my life. I waited for 2 yrs and then Since last 4 yrs I have been calling them and asking about the status of my flat and these liars have been bluffing about it every time. Most of the time they don't take the call and if at all they do then there's an excuse ready. Now latest is as told by one of guy at there office is that the builder has got bankrupt and there is no money to do the remaining work in your flat. I had paid full amount and now just cursing the day I had booked this flat. Can our government help us to get our flat from this cheat builder........................ Was this information helpful? |

FOR POSSESSION O[censored]NIT NO. J -8-04 8TH FLOOR IN HI BIRD SECTOR AT SCOTTISH GARDENS, INDIRAPURAM, GHAZIABVAD.
OUR EXECTUIVE MR. PANKAJ KUKREJA VISITED THEIR OFFICE IN HAUZ KHAS, THEN HE MET MR. MANI IN THEIR OFFICE AND REQUESTED HIM TO GIVE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF LETTER THEN MR. MANI ABUSED HIM AND REFUSED TO GIVE ACKNOWLEDGE THE LETTER AND ONE LADY NAME NOT KNOWN ABUSED AND CALLLED GAURD AND THROWN HIM OUT AND TOLD THAT IF ORIGINAL OWNER WILL COME ONLY THEN THEY WILL GIVE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF LETTER.
THEN OUR EXECUTIVE SHOWED THEM AUTHORITY LETTER BUT THEY REFUSED TO SEE THE LETTER AND TOLD THAT THEY ONLY ENTERTAIN THE ORIGINAL OWNER.
PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST MR. MANI AND THAT LADY WHO ABUSED AND SECURTIY GAURD WHO THROWN HIM OUT.
