I booked a flat in Niho Scotish garden, Saffron A block in 2006 and that was the worst day of my life. I waited for 2 yrs and then Since last 4 yrs I have been calling them and asking about the status of my flat and these liars have been bluffing about it every time. Even after more than one year of staying at NIHO, the issues have not been resolved successfully.
There are several issues that I am facing while staying at NIHO. I would caution all those of you, who are looking to buy property here to please think very very carefully.

1. Leakages and seepages from bathrooms are not resolved.
2. Geysers provided fail regularly, and are now not being replaced. In the last one...
