I agree with the same. I have just moved into my new flat in Bangalore and Nikon Elevator is being used. It is pathetic from Day 1. Both the lifts are not working. There has been incident where a lady was unconcious because she was stuck in the lift for 3 hours without any help.
Despite several complaints they are not responding. I donot know how to approach this situation. Can someone help me.

Similar incidence has happend with us. Our Building is having 34 flats with 2 NIKON Lifts fitted.
There are several brekdowns. Our Builder is having contact with NIKON Elevators, hence without knowing us he is getting lift repair and then charges to Flat owners the sum. (Though on the NET, the warranty is given for 7 years for NIKON LIft, we have pay the amount from our pocket every year for repair. Can any one from Nikon Lift explain us the truth.

the same problem we faces in our Jey pee hill top -Gottigere Bangalore, Without knowing the problem they were coming and doing somthing calling as an servicing
last month the lift started shaking and they made it worse and then done something, they never use to give the service reports for ther visits and even after many remainders they are not doing so
the light & fan went defective during warranty period they refused to change it and thay have given a quote of Rs 3000 for replacement

Some one here has mentioned Mr. Nayak. He is the front man for the owner of this company called Nikon. The lift Licesinging authority is playing along with this owner of Nikon and looks like for grtification in money and kind. I do not have the time and energy to go the consumer forum for a redressal. I dis speak to the owner... Manoj Shah. simply sounded like a goon on the phone and threatened not to service the lift if made a noise about the lift quality... Looks like a lot of consumers are helpless... will the govt look at this issue at all?
I agree with the comments made on Naik... is a slippery caracter. They commit something and then at the time of delivery they do a very bad job... they keep giving excuses. The quality of lift is suspect. Manoj shah the owner is also not reachable most of the time and is only worried about the money... I hope the licesing authority should look a the saftey of the lift these guys provide... it is a hopless situation.

The mentioned problem had been solved by their factory people visit and servicing and for the past three years we have given AMC contract, they have been coming for schedule maintenance and attending breakdown calls in prompt time, we are happy with their service support and thanks for Mr Anand for this support, hope they give same kind of support and service in upcoming years

First of all my humble request to everyone never
ever get Nikon lifts installed. They are just minting money and least bothered
about the customer satisfaction and service. We have got the lift installed
almost more than a year and still fighting for the licence and the nice thing
is every time you can call them you get to hear a new story. The blame will be
on each and every person involved in providing the licence and the best part is
there is some govt official who has been transferred and he has not been
replaced with a new person even after 6 months. They think that we are foolish
people to believe them and the every
time you ask Mr Naik speak
in such a way as if we are going to get the licence the same day evening. I
don't think they can survive with this kind of service in the market for long
time where they are cheating people by taking their money. In between they said
they had kept some materials in the building and its stolen and we have to bear
the cost. The room was locked and how can it be stolen, I feel these are the
multiple ways they have found to make money. The only way is to help other
people by giving the review like this so that they never even think of Nikon.
I think the only way to teach them a lesson is by
going to consumer court and taking some legal actions there by making them
pay penalty.

Do not get trapped ..cross check presales and postsales reviews before purchaseing... I had bad pre sales experience they just talk nothing happens in reality do not get honey trapped by tir words.

Sir you are nighter our customer nor procured any quotation from us if you have any need of our product requirement.How ever we don’t find any good reason to deal with you due to your language with our female A/c administrator, dated 13.01.2016. Hence any comment made by you is unconstitutional and company has right to take up any further action for your odd comment.
Pls go ahead with your legal action...let's go ahead I have all the prof to prove .pre sales documents, call records, site visit cc camara clips...etc. Rather going for a corrective steps in addressing customers issue raised your are trying to compliment. Issue.

I reside in Bangalore and we do have the same issues with the NIKON ELEVATOR. Further to that there is only one concerned person for the Elevator, Mr. Naik, and he has the excellent habbit of switching off his mobile whenever we have any problems.'
No one is there to address the issues.
SAY NO TO NIKON ELEVATORS...
