My issue regarding FD of Rs 7 Lakh is pending with Sector 18 Noida branch for more than 2 months, despite of visiting branch personally. Also I have raised several requests with cust care through internet banking by mid on March. Currenty FD is in locked state and no interest has been paid since Dec08.
Contacted Ms Chandni Dewan, retationship manager-Mumbai branch, Sector 18 - Manager. And every time I got commitment to be done within 2 days. Lastly Ms Chandani had promised to do it latest by 8-April.
FYI - Branch had committed to resolve it within a week 2 months back. My FD was created at the branch which got matured in Dec 2008. I have submitted original FD at the branch 2 months back and requested to renew it for another year, and credit the interest for last quarter.
Being HNI customer since last 10 years facing this kind of response is surprising. I am sure top management would not like to have this kind of response from its staff, so I thought of sharing the same with you. And looking forrward corrective action on the same.
