I sent the courier on 23rd april from noida to khairthal (near Alwar )[Rajasthan] the status is showing deliever to a man whose relationship is security guard but it is not yet received by my friend whom i courier

My issue regarding FD of Rs 7 Lakh is pending with Sector 18 Noida branch for more than 2 months, despite of visiting branch personally. Also I have raised several requests with cust care through internet banking by mid on March. Currenty FD is in locked state and no interest has been paid since Dec08.
