two days ago I recieved a text message from MD-NOKIA saying that i had won a prize of 550, 000 pounds on 142nd aniverasy of nokia. and i have to confirm this on agiven email id.. which was of MD steve martin from nokia -UK. i sent a mail then they asked me to send my identification proof.. and told that they will send the prize maney in a package through corrier and i have to pay for courrier, which was 550 pounds.. i was informed that aperson from UK will reach India on 26th may and will come to confirm my identification and residential proof..they had also sent me the copy of British high courts order for some gaming etc and a lisence of mine.. should i complaint to police for this?? or is there any forum by nokia to handle all these fake mails run on nokias name.
On 5th Feb 2009, I bought a Nokia E63, bearing IMEI number: [protected] (name of the product with serial or model number or service performed) at Nokia Priority Dealer (Multiline - Dwarka Sector 5).
After a month o[censored]se, the screen shows a line. I am disappointed because this happened even though there is no physical damage done. And this didn’t happen overnight. Initially I started getting vertical lines whenever a call would come in, which I thought was a software bug. Then, one fine day, they screen started showing a line diagonally across the phone, the lower part of which shows vertical colorful lines. I have visited your Nokia Care branch, on 13th March, in Dwarka Sector 5 (Om Ujala Communication Delhi Manish Link Road, Plaza 1, F-5 1St Floor, Sector -5, Dwarka-75) and they were not helpful at all. All they wanted me to do is pay Rs. 2800 for the screen replacement. I explained to them that there has been no physical damage caused and the phone shows no signs of physical damage at all. As I insisted on getting the phone checked by the Nokia Technical team, they came up with some stunning disclosures. They told me that if the phone was sent to the technical team, the condition of phone will deteriorate and the blue panel which my phone wears so gracefully may even change to a red panel. I’m just wondering, how can they bad mouth Nokia’s Technical team, when they are themselves a part of the same organization. Its then when I lost it and asked them Why? They shouted and screamed and asked me to leave the premises, which was quite embarrassing. This is, by far, the most horrible experience I ever had. I then decided not to go to any other Nokia Care centre and I have reasons for this. First, I don’t want my phone’s condition to deteriorate by sending it to the technical team (as claimed by your own people), because expect the screen everything else is working great. Secondly, I don’t wish to face similar embarrassment again.

With due respect I want to inform you that i have given my Nokia handset to the service centre (nokia care at nadiad) for updating version because my phone restarts/reboot, rington problem & performanceissue this problem solve in days, but again same / new problem new version not properly and i go to nokia care nadiad today
and i talk about my problem with manager he take my phone and talked to me that my problem will solve within one hour but I went to nokia care after two hours and got negative reply. he talk with me so rudely and he told me to come later with misbehaviour.
I faced same problem three times and still I am not able to get solution for it.
So I kindly request you to take proper some actions to correct errors in your system. I hope I will get solution of my problem soon.

Nokia Mobile Phone Model 6300 — earphone portion gets too hot.
we bought a Nokia 6300 - the dealer gave us a lot of advantages with this phone and sold it to us.The earphone portion becomes very hot in about 3 mins of conversation. I lodged a complaint, and they returned it the next day saying that it will not happen again. NO USE. it is still getting very HOT.
next time I took it to Nokia service centre, he tells me because of the metallic rim, it becomes HOT.
why the hell NOKIA should have produced a product if it had this problem?
I am stuck with this expensive piece of defective product - what should I do?

Nokia — complaint regarding irresponsible behaviour of NOKIA CARE CENTRE
hi.. this is pranav rai...i am from lucknow...i purchased my NOKIA N95 8GB in march last year...so according to this my handset is not in warranty period...in starting of this month(may), i faced a problem of some sort of virus...due to which all my phone data got corrupted & then further got deleted from my phone's mass memory...also my camera button stopped working...hence i went to nokia care centre at lucknow and conveyed them my problem...they replied that "sir your camera button has to be replaced as it has some technical error" and asked me to take my phone when they will calll me...after a week i revisited care centre and enquired about my phone but it was not repaired as they did not have that required part...week passed but they gave me no calls, no info about my phone..now after 20 days they called me up and asked me to take my phone unrepaired as they are not getting that phone's part...now what the heck is this...who will take this phone's responsibility..??? it's not in the warranty period that doesn't mean that company is not responsible for it...also its one of the latest model...!!This will not do at all and i'm not going to take this any further...suggest me any possible way to solve my problem..
