i buy a new set Nokia 5310 Xpress Music from Nokia Priorty after one day its MIC gone faulty, when i go to Nokia Service Center they told there is some minor Dust Problem that's why its stop working, when i ask its brand new sett then how dust can enter in Mobile becoz it is totally sealed sett but they have no answers,
when i ask what is the guaranty that it will never give mic problem again then they says again come in Nokia Service Center we will repair it, but they told we cant replace this why? and from where Dust is come in Mobile ?? and why they are not able to replace the Brand New set.

Nokia Xpress Musics 5220 — problem with loud speaker, often gets hanged and restarting often . problem with head set , no clarity while hearing songs

I got the mob in the mid of november 08. set serial number is [protected], Battery serial number is[protected], 0670555.The very next day i had prob with the display, i gave to the shop where i bought and made it ready .After that it offen gets restarted and got hanged ... Though i have enough space in the memory it gives a mess as no place in meomory delete some items. when ever i use head set and remove it the set gets restarts by itself and takes long time to get ready.And though i put for charging for night 8 to morning 10 the battery will not be full. Loud speaker was not working properly when i put loud speaker in call mode the voice will not be heard out... each time when i give service i'm loosing most of my contacts, data's and when i put music player the sound will not be in proper clarity since all get xpress music for hearing songs and enjoy but when ever i put song to hear in set i feel upset about my mob problem.so please take my complaint in serious manner and take the necessary steps to make me to get rid of this problems.
