[Resolved]  Ojjas Enterprises, Mumbai — Faulty product, missing manuals, no response

OJJAS ENTERPRISES seems to be a Fraudulant Company. It is surprising to note that REDIFF is tied up with them.

My Order No.5705080 for 5 in 1 Wireless Phone (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) was delivered within 4 days. When the courier consignment was opened, it had only 1 set and the second (free one) set was missing. I have paid more (Rs.1145/-) for this offer as the single set offered by other merchants were only half the price (Rs.540/-) charged by OJJAS. I tried to contact the nos. given[protected] & [protected]) and there is no response.

I have lodged a complaint through rediff with a copy marked to the OJJAS ENTREPRISE ID given (should be a bogus one).

The best part is even the received set is not working.

It is shame on REDIFF to support such FRAUD Companies.

I am certainly seeking legal help to stop such CHEATERS.

The problem is, I have ordered for Sony Cybershot Dsc W320 Digital Camera 14.1 Mp. but I have received MP9 Digital pocket video recorder with Easy card reader and accessories and on the cover also it is mentioned Sony Cybershot Dsc W320 Digital Camera 14.1 Mp. Please look in to it and arrange for the Sony Cybershot Dsc W320 Digital Camera 14.1 Mp.delivery or refund the amount and take back this MP9 Digital pocket video recorder with Easy card reader and accessories as I do not require this one.

It was my biggest mistake I shopped with Rediff and Ojjas, sorry boss anyway you have charged for it I will have to pay for it and I will think while saving Rs.2, 000 + I lost Rs.7, 595 + my time. OK I will ask my frinds/relatives to not to shop with Rediff and Ojjas (fraud and Cheating team)

I have purchased 2 pcs of V6Egtel Dual sim Mobile through rediff shopping.Transaction no.16653020, i have received the same but color is not same whitch is ordered.mobile is not working proper.when i dial a no.after connecting, mobile going on serching.FM is also not working proper & torch also not work.
My both handset have same problem.i have received set from Ojjas Enterprizes, Mumbai -400063. I had placed an order whitch is showing in rediff shopping website . When you try calling these they dont pick up the call, They are just fooling the customers. I think rediff should take an action and block them from online shopping.

The mobile is even the received set is not working.

It is shame on REDIFF to support such FRAUD Companies

I have the same issue with rediff as well as Ojjas enterprises. I ordered 2 bottles of coffee powder from rediff on 07 July 2010, worth Rs 1498 and received just one bottle which was of different variety as well of lesser weight and price. Rediff doesnt have any contact number. The phone number of the merchant is wrong and there has been no response to my mail. I am thinking of waiting for 2 more days and will file a case in consumer court against both rediff and the merchant.

Faulty product, missing manuals, no response
I placed an order for the Premium Dual Sim Mobile offer through Rediff.com and was pleased to receive my order promptly within 4 days. However, we did not receive any instruction manual with the products. We have tried everything possible to make use of the phone, but to no avail. It just does not work.

I mailed the vendor directly 4 days ago, but have not received any reply till date. Rediff customer support mailed me 4 days ago .but not reply from the Rediff customer support.To top it, the given phone number always came back as busy, and when I did manage to get through, it turned out to be a wrong number. How rediff is doing business with such a chuteye people i think you people are just wasting your name, you should start these kind of cheater to promote it on your website, i request the CEO of the company to stop cheating there users with this people, just have a look mr. CEO whts going on outside your cabin, your rediff site is going to be in mud by these people, open your eyes and stop these online cheaters otherwise one day you will be cheated .

I placed the order for E-Pad 7" with camera on 19th July 2011, and i am still waiting for the product.

Recently i placed order of children laptop offered with remote car, i could received product of offered one is completly broken with packag also poor, no function and the finally i fed up this this company product. so i unable to contact the person & the number also fake. rediff should consider this complaint and remove from the supplier list...

I too had the same experience. I did so many online shoppings. I purchased a can inverter from Rediff through Ojjas enterprises. I booked the product on Jan 1st 2013. The product delivery doesnot happen till now. When I contacted the respective Ojjas person, the bloody guy is behaving like hell. The Rediff customer care executives are saying that they can't do the paypack since the product is dispatched.
