[Resolved] Omaxe Builders — Pre Launch money not refunded

I paid pre launch money of 6.4 lacs to Omaxe in Sept 2006 without signing any application form even as ws not given to me. But the form was sent in July 2008 with further demand of 4.3 lacs. I refused to sign any document since too much delayed ad no allotment agreement or conditions even defined. So I refuse to sign any document and pay nothing morebut asked fo refund with interest since the company has defaulted in its services which has deficiency. The company has refused and is harrassing me and refunding full money. Anyone with similiar case kindly contact [protected] ( Delhi ) . Would like to discuss. Was this information helpful? OMAXE Builders — non possession of flat

I purchased a flat at sector 50 noida.twin towers by omaxe builders. THe possession was promised in june 2010. before atleast they answered the email. they have stoped replying now. someone please help & let me if I will ever get the possession. I paid the full amount. thaks

OMAXE Builders — Omaxe forfeited the deal

I am one of the victim of Omexe builders. I was given a flat at Omexe heights FBD then omexe forfeited the deal taking 75% of booking amount as charges. I went to there office so many times but nothing comes out can you please help as how can I take this further.
