[Resolved]  Omaxe — Construction not in tune with the payments - OAL 257/T1

Dear Sir,

This is in continuation of my discussion with Ms. Jyoti Bhalla and Mr.Shantanu at your Lucknow office at Cyber Tower.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have booked a service apartment in your upcoming project Omaxe Avenue at Lucknow and have already paid 70% of the amount.

A few days back,during my visit to the site, i found that the work had stopped and the guard informed me that no work has been going on for the last 2 months and it is just 40% completed.

Also on meeting the marketing personnel at your office,a few weeks back,i was offered a service apartment in the same building(Omaxe Avenue) on the same floor as already booked by me, with 18 months of payment plan.

I would like to know that how was i promised the delivery of the apartment in December 2013 and taken 70% of the payment.

May i request you to kindly re arrange my payment plan in accordance to the new offer given to others and in tune to the work in progress at the site.

I would also request you to give me a tentative time frame of the allotment of my property.

In spite of repeated promises by Ms.Jyoti Bhalla at Omaxe Office,the reminder SMS and letters ( with the threat to forfeit earnest money and cancel my booked unit) have not stopped. This is causing mental pain and torture to my family.
