[Resolved] Omaxe — No information about plot status

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to about the 200 sq. yard plot at the rate of Rs.13200 per sq. yard that I applied for in January 2009 in Chandigarh Extension Mullanpur, Punjab, the fate of which is yet not known to me. I just received a letter from you to which I represented but again no response was received from your side . I happen to stay away from Chandigarh and am unable to visit you at your office. As per your demand Rs. 2 Lac 66 thousand was paid to you for the plot.

Kindly advise me the status of the same.

The only option is to file a consumer complaint at the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum/Commission at Chandigarh or Punjab Commission (@Sector37Chandigarh). The entire case shall last approximately 3 months. There is a great benefit in such like cases as you are not only awarded possession but also compensation and penal interest @12% or more on all payments from time of payment till actual possession.
