Hii, Yeasterday i was recharges on [protected] amounting rs. 448/= through card payment. Transaction amount was deducted from my bank but not recharged in my mobile num o please resolve this query. give cash back my deducted amount from my bank or Activate scheme

I try my recharge of 498 from my jio appiltion through my bank account date is 9th jan 2019 then charges is deducted by the bank but recharge is failed, then i call the customer care they are not give my answer please help me.
