i had tried twice to recharge my mobile no with 21 rs by oxygen services India pvt Ltd through ICICI netbankin.but both times it was unsuccessfully and amount was deducted from account.but till date i couldnt get its refund.contact no.[protected]

I recharged my cell phone number [protected] on April 15th 2013, for Rs 110 and another Rs 110 after the first attempt did NOT give any talk time. after the second attempt i realized the money has been deducted from my ICICI bank account but no talk time yet.

now my total of Rs 220 is not back in the account nor did not get any balance in the phone.

This was done through the oxygen services India pvt Ltd using my ICICI netbanking.

Dear Sir, I recharged a cell phone no.[protected], BSNL, for rs.1000.00 using my mobile no [protected], (Reliance)
The amount has been deducted from my ICICI bank account, but the concerned mobile no. has not been recharged
till this date. Kindly look into it.
