oxygen services India pvt Ltd Complaints & Reviews

I recharged 2 number using SBI net banking through oxygen services india pvt ltd on 2/1/15 . Transaction reference number was IG00JXAIL7 and IG00JWZZM2, both for rs 60 each. But the recharge was not successful, but the amount was deducted from my account. On 3/1/15 I got refund of rs 60/ for IG00JXAIL7. But I did not get refund for IG00JWZZM2 . So please refund for the remaining transaction as soon as possible....

I had tried to recharge my mobile No. [protected],on 03/09/2012 for Rs 100/, by oxygen services India pvt Ltd through ICICI netbanking. The amount of Rs 100 deducted from my ICICI account and my mobile was not recharged. Till today 04/09/2012. I have not got refund from the company.
Kindly look into the matter....
